An Analysis Of Osteoporosis Influencing Factors And Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Of Physical Examination Population In Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province

Objective:Investigate and analyze the influencing factors of osteoporosis and the distribution rules of TCM constitutions in the physical examination population in Yuhua District,Changsha,Hunan,explore the model of bone mass reduction and osteoporosis patients based on TCM constitution management,for the management of chronic diseases after the examination and early screening Provide data support to provide scientific basis for individualized and standardized prevention and treatment of osteoporosis patients.Methods:From March 2018 to June 2019,a total of 1,245 people in Yuhua District,including 5 86 males and 65 9 females,underwent physical examination for bone density examination in the Department of Health Management of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to June 2019 Clinical questionnaire survey and TCM constitution type survey,using dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer to determine the bone density of the left femoral neck.According to the survey results,systematically review the influencing factors related to osteoporosis,and carry out TCM physique classification,establish a relevant database,use SPSS23.0 software database for statistical analysis,discuss gender,age,BMI,regular exercise,smoking and drinking,sleep,The correlation between calcium supplementation and vitamin D supplementation and osteoporosis,and analyze the prevalence of osteoporosis and the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution types in Yuhua District of Changsha City.Results:(1)In the total survey population,the total incidence of osteoporosis was 28.9%;the total incidence of bone loss was 45.6%;among them,the prevalence of osteoporosis in men was 17.4%;the prevalence of osteoporosis in women was 3 9.2%;The prevalence of bone loss in men is 41.8%;the prevalence of bone loss in women is 49.0%.Gender factors are significantly related to the incidence of osteoporosis(P<0.01).After 40 years of age,the prevalence of osteoporosis gradually increased.The age factor is significantly related to the incidence of osteoporosis(P<0.01).(2)BMI was significantly correlated with the incidence of osteoporosis(P<0.01),regular exercise was significantly correlated with the incidence of osteoporosis(P<0.01),calcium and vitamin D supplementation were significantly correlated with the incidence of osteoporosis Sex(P<0.01).(3)Smoking and drinking had no correlation with the incidence of osteoporosis(P>0.05),and sleep had no correlation with the incidence of osteoporosis(P>0.05).(4)The physique of TCM in the population with reduced bone mass and osteoporosis is mainly Qi deficiency and yang deficiency;the distribution of TCM physique types in different bone mass groups is significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The prevalence of osteoporosis in the physical examination population of this survey is 28.9%.The results of this study are higher than the domestic average level,which may be related to the eating habits such as heavy taste and salty taste in Hunan and lifestyle habits such as exercise and lack of sun exposure.(2)People in Yuhua District of Changsha City should pay attention to exercise in daily life,maintain body mass index at an appropriate level,and pay attention to supplement calcium and vitamin D from the diet.(3)The survey found that the physique types of people with reduced bone mass and high incidence of osteoporosis in Yuhua District,Changsha City are two partial physiques of yang deficiency and qi deficiency.
