Analysis Of The Factors Related To The Onset Of Acne Vulgaris And The Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:Acne patients(18 to 25 years of age)positioning for the target samples,about the anonymous investigation and study,understand the disease of the severity of acne patients,explore to participate in the occurrence and development of acne involving factors and find out the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine for acne disease,and the TCM constitution and affecting factors of relationship,and so on,thus in the treatment of acne and to a supporting role,self-confidence to help young patients at an early date.Material and method:This survey plan time elected from December 2016 to December2017,this year in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital dermatological department of unusual type of acne patients(aged 18 to 25 years old)and random anonymous questionnaire survey,a total of 232 cases,eliminate conditions do not conform to and fill in the information is incomplete and so on factors,remaining meet the conditions of a total of 206 cases of questionnaire research,and make statistical analysis.Results:1.General information single factor analysis:There were 143 women in total,with a ratio of 1:2.3,and the severity of the gender and acne was statistically significant.There are 161 patients with genetic history of disease and whether there is a significant statistical significance to the severity of acne.Among the 206 patients,the majority of them were mild personality,and the severity of acne was statistically significant.Most of the patients were conscious of high pressure,and the severity of the stress was statistically significant.For skin type,each level in the grading acne,oily skin are the most,followed by mixed skin,skin type have significant statistical significance on acne severity.In acne patients,the all-nighter is ubiquitous,and the sleep condition has no significant statistical significance for the severity of acne.Patients in the study had a balanced diet and no significant statistical significance for theseverity of acne.There was a statistically significant difference between TCM syndrome differentiation and acne severity.2.For the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine physique,single constitution,a total of 31cases(15.04%),and constitution of 175 cases,including phlegmy wet physique proportion is the largest,and then respectively is the deficiency of qualitative > Yin quality > gas quality >Hot and humid mass quality> Yang quality > Blood stasis is qualitative > The great mass quality>Gentle temperament quality The four constitutions of different genders and placidity,Yin deficiency,blood stasis,qi and depression were statistically significant.The genetic history has significant statistical significance in the four constitutions of peace,Yin deficiency,phlegm,and blood stasis.The stress conditions were statistically significant in the six constitutions of peace,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency,dampness,heat and blood stasis.The classification of acne has significant statistical significance to TCM constitution,and TCM syndrome differentiation has no significant statistical significance to TCM constitution.Conclusion:1.Women's unusual acne than men,the number of visits and genetic history of the disease than patients without genetic history,we also found that impatient personality is not necessarily easy to sicken,but often character relatively peaceful risk is higher,at ordinary times,consciously feel pressure big prevalence is higher than in patients with relatively small,and have higher prevalence of oily skin.2.Logistic regression analysis results in the occurrence and development of acne with multiple factors related to gender,genetic history and stress.3.In 206 cases,85% of the patients had a concurrent constitution,indicating that most of the young people surveyed were in a sub-healthy state.4.Influencing factors and acne grading have certain correlation with patients' physique.
