Applications Of Hung Suspended Cavity Method Based On The Concept Of Virtual Seton In Abscess Of Sciatic Rectum

Objective:This subject through researching hung suspended cavity method based on the concept of virtual seton.In turn, observing the total clinical effect in abscess of sciatic rectum, judging would the operation method will have an impact on the anal function, lighten the postoperative pain,and would the method will reduce the wound healing time and so on.Method:By collecting the clinical cases,fifty eight patients with abscess of sciatic ectum which are appropriated, are split into two groups, with the experimental group and the controlled group 29 cases respectively accord to the principle of random and comparison. The experimental group apply the hung suspended cavity,and the controlled group apply the tight line method. Observed indicator include anal function score, postoperative pain conditions, wound healing period, curative ratio, relapse rate and biological index of blood routine, liver function and kidney function.Results:Through the statistical analysis,suspended cavity method compared with the tight line method, have significant statistically in postoperative and 3 months after operation of the protection of anal function,postoperative pain relief aspects(P <0.05),but in wound healing time,cure rate and recurrence rate have no significant statistically difference(P>0.05). Monitoring of blood routine, liver function and kidney function in patients with post operation, no adverse events have occurred.Conclusion:Comparing to the tight line method, hung suspended cavity method is equivalent in the wound healing period, curative ratio and relapse rate, indicate that the method will not reduce the total clinical effect of abscess of sciatic rectum,prove that the feasibility of this technique, in particular,it have obvious advantages in relieving postoperative pain and the protection of anal function, meet the development trend of minimally invasive surgery.It shows that hung suspended cavity method is Simple and feasible operation method,and worth continuing research and promoting.
