Minimally Invasive And Around The Hang-line Treatment For Anorectal Abscess

Objective: Studied on effect of minimally invasive surgery treatment and seton on abscess of anus.Treating abscess of anus by minimally invasive surgery treatment and seton, decreasing injury of the tissue of anus ,protecting the function of sphincter of anus, improving the quality of life of patient.Methods: 30 cases with abscess of anus were randomized 2 groups : treatment group (15) with minimally invasive surgery treatment and seton and control group (15) with surgery.Results: Term of cure and degree of pain in minimally invasive surgery treatment and seton group is significantly less than control group ( Term of cure: treatment group22.27 6.79.control group27.20 4.92.P<0.05. pain: treatment group 1.93 0.59. control group2.60 0.74. P<0.05) . Effect and function of anus in minimally invasive surgery treatment and seton group is no significantly difference with control group.Conclusion: Treating abscess of anus by minimally invasive surgery and seton is valuable.
