Objective:This study aimed to investigate the status of psychological capital of on-the-job graduate nurses,which came from Zhejiang University,Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,Wenzhou Medical University.Through the questionnaire survey,to know the impact factors of psychological capital,which will be helpful for promoting talent.Methods:Questionnaire. By convenient sampling method,223 on-the-job postgraduate nurses are requested to fill the questionnaire based on psychological capital data and the demographic data.Data is analyzed by using statistical software 17.0.Results:1. The average score of psychological capital was 4.36±0.64, scoring rate was 72.7%. In the four dimensions of psychological capital, according to the order from high to low was self-efficacy(4.55 ± 0.67), optimism(4.39 ± 0.87), resistance(4.32 ± 0.73), hope (4.19 ±0.76).2. Through One-Way ANOVA analysis,the age, initial/highest degree, length of service,rank,positions,training,medical research were the factors,which influenced the level of psychological capital.3. By regession analysis,length of service,positions,nursing research can predict 18.3% variance of psychological capital.Conclusion:The overall nurses’ psychological capital is in the middle level,it also showed that the level of psychological capital can be improved. The nursing managers and educators can pay more attention to this field by different way,and take more steps to improve the level of psychological capital.Through the active exploration,we can promote talent,and meet the need of development of modern nursing discipline,as well as produce a nursing team of high quality.
