ObjectiveThis topic through as compared with conventional acupuncture to observe the treatment of Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling method for the balance dysfunction after stroke. To make clear the superior effect of Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling method and explore a feasible treatment which more efficient and comprehensive for the balance function after stroke.MethodsThis research adopts the method of clinical randomized controlled. According to the inclusion criteria to collect 60 volunteer who Meet the requirements of the subject, and use the simple randomized grouping method to allocate to treatment group (Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling method) and control group (conventional acupuncture), each group 30 people. All into the group of patients, according to the condition were given drug treatment and routine rehabilitation therapy. Basic drugs include:reducing blood press, Depressing blood-fat, lowering blood glucose, such as processing, which refer to the Chinese cerebrovascular disease prevention and control guide. Rehabilitation treatment include:seat balance, moved by, standing, Weight change, coordinate training, standing balance and walking training, etc, which refer to the Chinese stroke rehabilitation guide (2011 edition). On this basis, the treatment group with the method of Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling, the control group with the ordinary acupuncture treatment. Using the Berg balance scale (BBS)、Fugl-Meyer balance scale (FM-B) and Barthel index(BI) to evaluate two groups of patients before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Input data, using the statistical software SPSS17.0 to analysis.Results(1) The BBS, FMB and BI score of two groups of patients were increased after received acupuncture treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) Comparing the two groups after treatment:the Berg balance scale score of the treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (3) Comparing the two groups after treatment:Fugl-Meyer balance scale score of the treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (4) Comparing the two groups after treatment:Barthel index score of the treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionOrdinary acupuncture treatment and the Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling treatment all can improve balance disorder after stroke, but Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling treatment is the better one.It prompt Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling treatment the curative effect of balance dysfunction after stroke is superior to the ordinary acupuncture treatment. The curative effect of Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling treatment for the balance dysfunction after stroke is innovative and worthy of further popularization and application.
