The Research Of Improvement Situation Of Lumbago Caused By Deficiency Of Kidney After A Stroke With Qinshitaiyangjiadu Needling Method

ObjectiveLumbago is a very common disease in clinic.There are always patients with lumbago caused by various reasons in outpatient clinics and wards.At present,the process of urbanization in our country is very fast,the national life is generally superior,and the working environment is becoming more and more comfortable.But most of them work on the same job for a long time.Standing or sitting for too long time can easily make some side effects on the lumbar vertebrae and waist muscles,and people are increasingly neglecting to develop good living habits.The incidence of the disease is growing,and more younger people get it.The patients with mild symptoms have trouble sitting down.The patients with more severe symptoms will be restricted by bending down and stooping,which will aggravate the pain and become unbearable.It often affects normal life and work.At present,relatively mature treatment measures are relatively complete,reaching the surgical indication of severe lesions,which can be operated upon after the exclusion of contraindications,and less in line with the principle of conservative treatment.Generally,oral or external use of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs is accepted.Traditional Chinese medicine such as acupuncture,massage,moxibustion and other methods are taken for lumbago,which are also common in clinical practice.However,there are advantages and disadvantages.Most of the methods are either focused on palliative treatment.The fundamental problem can not be solved,either focusing on the local,ignoring the adjustment of the whole Yin and Yang qi and blood.By comparing with the routine acupuncture,this subject observes the therapeutic effect of the treatment of the kidney deficiency type of lumbago by the treatment of Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling method.To explorea more efficient,comprehensive and holistic treatment for lumbago caused by deficiency of kidney.MethodsThis research adopts the method of clinical randomized controlled.According to the inclusion criteria to collect 60 volunteer who meet the requirements of the subject,and use the simple randomized grouping method to allocate to treatment group(Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling method)and the control group(conventional acupuncture),each group 30 people.From the time of entry,all the patients completed the lumbago scoring system under the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),the specific score records of visual analogue pain score(VAS),and the record of symptoms about the deficiency of kidney.Then according to the specific grouping conditions began to clinical treatment,after a course of treatment,and then score again.When the therapy ends,researcher input data into computer and analyze with statistical software SPSS22.0,and compare the changes of symptoms caused by deficiency of kidney of patients.ResultsThere was no significant difference in baseline characters between the two group.(P>0.05).After completing the course of treatment,the patients in the two groups need to be evaluated again with the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)lumbago scoring system.VAS of both two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and more less the group of qinshitaiyangjiadu was.The difference of scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the scores of the two groups after foot treatment indicated that the VAS score of the patients in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the JOA scores before and after the treatment,the improvement of the patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P <0.05).The total therapeutic effect of the two groups was as follows: 2 cases were cured in the control group,16 cases were effective in 11 cases and 1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.667%.In the routineacupuncture group,4 cases were effective,22 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate is 86.667%.ConclusionThe waist pain of the patients caused by deficiency of kidney and the corresponding symptoms of kidney deficiency syndrome can be effectively improved by both the qinshitaiyangjiadu needling method and the routine acupuncture treatment,while the waist movement function and the overall comprehensive symptoms of the patients after the treatment of the kidney deficiency syndrome can be effectively improved.The improvement of symptoms of kidney deficiency syndrome was obviously higher than that of routine acupuncture treatment.It was suggested that the therapeutic effect of this treatment method was better than that of common acupuncture treatment for lumbago caused by kidney deficiency,and the curative effect of Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling treatment on lumbago caused by kidney deficiency was definite.So Qinshitaiyangjiadu needling treatment was worthy for further clinical research and clinical application.
