Objective:To investigation the current status of adversity quotient,psychological capital and the present situation of job satisfaction,as well as explore the relevant influencing factors and their interaction relationship of male nurses in the three-grade class-A hospital of Jiang Xi province,to improve the male nurses job satisfaction,arouse the enthusiasm of their work,and studies from the hospital level,optimizing its corresponding education,training and management measures,in order to stable male nurse team,enhance the level of male nurse's mental health and improve their self-efficacy,improve the clinical nursing management quality and efficiency of management.Methods:Cluster sampling method was used to select 284 registered in-service male nurses from 28 grade a hospitals in 11 prefecture-level cities of jiangxi province as the research object.General information questionnaire,adversity response profile,psychological capital scale and job satisfaction scale were used to investigate them through on-site questionnaires.SPSS26.0 software was used to carry out descriptive analysis of data,normality test,non-parametric test,correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis,so as to clarify the influencing factors of male nurses' inverse quotient,psychological capital and job satisfaction as well as the correlation among them.Results:1.The total score of male nurses' adversity quotient in Jiang Xi province was(130.61±15.39),including control(34.26±6.04),responsibility taking(32.73±4.02),influence range(32.17 ± 5.60)and influence time(31.40 ± 5.11).The average score from high to low of each dimension was control(3.42±0.60),responsibility taking(3.27±0.40),influence range(3.21±0.56)and influence time(3.14±0.51).The total score of psychological capital was(89.11±13.13),and the scores of each dimension included self-efficacy(27.43±4.48),toughness(22.13±3.92),hope(25.98±4.36),and optimism(13.57±2.78).After the score was standardized,the scores from high to low were self-efficacy(4.57±0.75),optimism(4.52±0.92),toughness(4.42±0.18),hope(4.33±0.72).The total score of job satisfaction was(136.31±13.49),with management(25.96±4.07),workload(25.66±2.87),relationship with colleagues(17.69±2.29),work itself(17.79±3.07),salary and benefits(14.16±2.41),personal growth and development(14.04±1.98),work acceptance(14.11±2.02),family/work balance(6.95±1.29).After standardization,the scores were in the order of management(3.71±0.58),workload(3.66±0.40),work itself(3.55±0.61),wages and benefits(3.54 ±0.60),relationships with colleagues(3.53±0.45),work acceptance(3.52±0.55),personal growth and development(3.51±0.49),family/work balance(3.47 ±0.64).2.In demographic variables,working years,working departments,professional titles,monthly average number of night shifts,and attitude towards the post had certain effects on the level of male nurses' adversity quotient in Jiang Xi province(P< 0.05).Among the demographic variables,the work department and the attitude towards the post had a certain influence on the psychological capital level of male nurses in Jiang Xi province(P<0.05).Among the demographic variables,work department,education background,marital status,children's situation,role,monthly average income,monthly average number of night shifts,and attitude towards the post had a certain influence on the job satisfaction level of male nurses in Jiang Xi province(P < 0.05).3.The differences in self-efficacy,toughness,hope,optimism,management,relatio-nship with colleagues,and work acceptance of male nurses with high and low inverse quotient were statistically significant.The scores of self-efficacy,toughness,hope,optimism,management,relationship with colleagues and work acceptance of male nurses with high inverse quotient were all higher than those of male nurses with low inverse quotient.High and low psychological capital of male nurses in control,responsibility,adversity impact scope,adversity time,management,work load and the relationship with colleagues,salary and welfare,personal growth and development,work recognised,homework balance the differences were statistically significant,high psychological capital of male nurses in control,responsibility,adversity impact scope,adversity time,management,work load and the relationship with colleagues,salary and welfare,personal growth and development,work recognised,home/work balance score were higher than low psychological capital male nurse;High and low job satisfaction of male nurses in responsibility,adversity time,hope,optimism,toughness and self-efficacy differences were statistically significant,high job satisfaction levels of the male nurse in responsibility,adversity time,hope,optimism,toughness and self-efficacy scores higher than that of low job satisfaction levels of the male nurse.4.There was a significant correlation between inverse quotient and psychological capital and job satisfaction of male nurses in jiangxi province,and there was a significant positive correlation between inverse quotient and its dimensions and psychological capital and its dimensions,job satisfaction and management,and relationship with colleagues(P < 0.05).Adversity quotient,control and responsibility factors were significantly positively correlated with job approval factors(P < 0.05),and responsibility factors were significantly positively correlated with personal growth and development factors(P < 0.05).Psychological capital and its dimensions were significantly positively correlated with job satisfaction and management,workload,relationship with colleagues,salary and welfare,personal growth and development,and job acceptance factors(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The total score of adversity quotient and the scores of each dimension of male nurses in Jiang Xi province are in the middle level,the total score of psychological capital and the score of each dimension are in the middle high level,the total score of job satisfaction and the score of each dimension are in the middle high level.2.In general demographic data,working years,work department,job title,on the average number of night shift,attitude to do jobs five aspects affect male nurses' adversity quotient level;shorter working life,and title less and less on average days night shift of male nurses perform at a higher adversity quotient level,general department and operating room male nurse adversity quotient level higher than male nurse in the ICU;The psychological capital level of male nurses in operating room and ICU is higher than male nurses in general department,and the psychological capital level of male nurses who are satisfied with their nursing posts is higher than that of male nurses in other attitude groups.Work department,education,marital status,children,job,monthly average income,monthly average number of night shift,eight aspects to do post attitude affects male nurses job satisfaction levels,including the emergency male nurses job satisfaction,the highest level of higher education,married with children and take a certain position,monthly average income is higher,monthly average night shift hours more,the nursing job satisfaction was the attitude of male nurses job satisfaction level is higher.3.There is a significant correlation between negative quotient of male nurses and psychological capital and job satisfaction.The higher the level of adversity quotient of male nurses,the higher the level of psychological capital and job satisfaction.Managers should strengthen the cultivation of male nurses' negative quotient in order to improve their positive psychological capital and job satisfaction.
