Heel Vessel Points Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Training Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Strephenopodia After Stroke

Objective To observe heel vessel points acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture conventional lower limb acupoints combined with rehabilitation training on strephenopodia after stroke hemiplegia patient’s clinical curative effect.Methods Will be included in the standard of 60 cases according to random number table were randomly divided into treatment group (heel vessel points acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training) 30 cases and control group (acupuncture conventional lower limb acupoints combined with rehabilitation training) 30 cases in clinical intervention study,1 times a day, six times a week,2 weeks for a period of treatment, a total of 2 course of treatment. All patients before and after treatment with Angle measurement of motion, Clinic Spastcity Index (CSI), Fugl - Meyer lower limb motor function assessment rating scale of ankle joint function recovery.Results Research shows:1.Angle of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with strephenopodia comparison:strephenopodia Angle decreased obviously after treatment, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that the two methods can improve the extent of the strephenopodia after stroke. Strephenopodia Angle between the two groups after treatment, after statistics analysis, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that heel vessel points acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training to improve the patients strephenopodia curative effect more pronounced.2. Two groups before and after treatment in patients with spastic degree (CSI score) comparison:ankle spasm after treatment was significantly decreased, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that two methods can improve the strephenopodia after stroke patients with ankle spasm. Spasm degree between the two groups were compared after treatment, after statistics analysis, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that heel vessel points acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training to improve the ankle spasm strephenopodia after stroke patients with curative effect is more significant.3. Two groups before and after treatment in patients with lower limb motor function (Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function assessment scale score) changes of comparison:after treatment of the lower limb motor function were significantly improved, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that the two methods can improve the strephenopodia after stroke in patients with lower limb motor function. Lower limb motor function between the two groups were compared after treatment, after statistics analysis, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that heel vessel points acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training to improve the strephenopodia after stroke in patients with lower limb motor function effect is more significant.Conclusion Heel vessel points acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture conventional lower limb acupoints combined with rehabilitation training can improve the strephenopodia after stroke hemiplegia patients pigeon-toed Angle degree of spasm, ankle and lower limb motor function, and heel vessel points acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training curative effect is superior to the conventional acupuncture acupoints combined with rehabilitation training.
