A Study On The Ancient And Modern Literature Of Heel Vessel

The records of heel vessel in ancient medical books are mostly scattered and incomplete,without organization and system.The purpose of this study is to systematically arrange and discuss the naming,origin,circulation and intersection of Yin-Yang heel vessel by medical books and physicians in past dynasties,to explore the relationship between heel vessel and other vessel,and to provide ancient literature basis for expanding the understanding of heel vessel;to analyze the physiology,origin,circulation and intersection of Yin-Yang heel vessel in ancient literature.Records of pathology,symptoms and treatment should be expanded to further elaborate the significance and clinical value of seesaw on human body;diseases treated with seesaw in modern literature should be summarized and their frequency counted to provide literature support for expanding the clinical application of seesaw,and new understanding of the theory of seesaw in modern clinical or experimental studies should be enumerated in order to improve the correlation with seesaw.The clinical curative effect of the disease and its future scientific research work can be used for reference.Ancient literature is mainly retrieved from ancient books collected in the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Code.Ancient documents related to heel vessel in the Qing Dynasty and before the Qing Dynasty are retrieved.Full-text retrieval was carried out with the keywords of " heel vessel ".Modern literature is searched by computer on CNKI and Wanfang database.The searching period is from January 1912 to February 2019.The keywords are the same as the above.Select the documents that meet the inclusion criteria,and use the method of documentation to summarize and study the records related to " heel vessel ".The results of ancient literature research show that even if the character Qiao is named after heel,its function not only extends that Qiao originates from foot and runs on lower limbs,but also indicates that its physiological activities are related to lower limbs.According to the scattered records of Yin-Yang heel vessel and Jiaohai points in ancient medical books,it is considered that the starting point of Yin-Yang Qiao meridian should be between Rangu and Zhaohai points,and that the place where the Yin-Yang Qiao meridian travels along the head should be Changqiang acupoint.There are many disputes among physicians in the past dynasties about where the Yang heel vessel meridian travels into the brain.At present,there is no literature to study.The author speculates that the Yin-Yang heel vessel travels from the top to the scrot.Doctors of past dynasties have different opinions on heel vessel iacupoint.The author concludes that yin heel vessel acupoint should be: Zhaohai acupoint,Jiaoxin acupoint and Jingming acupoint;Fengfu acupoint should also be returned to Yang heel vessel acupoint.The physiological functions of heel vessel mainly include: close relationship with kidney,bladder,brain and other viscera;dividing the main body into yin and yang;opening and closing the eyes,keeping Qi and regulating sleep;the key to walking and moving the feet;meeting the heel vessel at face.Seeking the veins is a disease: eye disease;insomnia / sleepiness;epilepsy;lower limb disease;Reproductive disease,etc.and give examples of the treatment of the disease.The results of modern literature research: There are few modern documents on the study of heel vessel,because the ancient records are scattered and many missing,and the understanding of later generations is different,which makes this important meridian of human body gradually neglected and seldom used in clinic.Therefore,only the representative ones are selected when the literature is extracted,and the scientific nature of the theory of Reproductive is confirmed by modern medicine.The top three high frequency disorders were sleep disorders,hemiplegia after stroke and lower limb dysfunction.
