Objective:Observation acupuncture foot three Yin meridians the clinical curativeeffect of treatment of strephenopodia after stroke, preliminary discussion acupuncture footthree Yin meridians treatment mechanism of strephenopodia after stroke, provide betterclinical treatment.Methods:In strict accordance with the diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion standardselect60patients with strephenopodia after stroke, randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each group. The treatment group using acupuncture foot three Yin meridians totreat, the control group with the routine acupuncture method. Retaining needle acupunctureonce daily for30minutes, treat2weeks for a period of treatment, take a day off after aperiod of treatment, two curative effect evaluation after the treatment. Observing twogroups of patients before and after treatment strephenopodia degree, out of lower limbBrunnstrom movement function and walking ability.Results:Overall curative effect evaluation: two groups of patients after treatment, thetreatment group total effective rate was93.3%; The control group total effectiveness was73.3%, the treatment group effectiveness was higher than the control group. By the rankand inspection efficient compared the two groups after treatment P <0.05, the differencewas statistically significant.Strephenopodia Angle assessment: the treatment group and the control group beforeand after treatment strephenopodia Angle have a significant change P <0.05, the differencewas statistically significant. Comparison between groups treatment group after treatmentstrephenopodia Angle was higher than the control group obviously, P <0.05, the differencewas statistically significant.Lower limbs out the stage Brunnstrom assessment: two groups before and aftertreatment in patients with lower limb Brunnstrom out the installment is P <0.05, thedifference was statistically significant. After treatment between groups in installment, thetreatment group was better than the control group in terms of increasing levels lower limbsBrunnstrom out clearly, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Walking ability grading evaluation: walking ability grading after treatment in bothgroups compared with before treatment were improved, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Comparison between groups, the treatment group after treatmentwalking ability improvement, better than the control group obviously, P <0.05, thedifference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Needling foot three Yin meridians is given priority to cure can improvestrephenopodia after stroke, its curative effect is better than that of routine acupuncturemethod, This acupuncture method in the treatment of post-stroke pigeon-toed can beapplied and expanded in clinical treatment.
