Object:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of Strephenopodia by stoke, Providing a better solution for clinic. Methods:In total of60patients of Strephenopodia by stoke were randomly divided into three groups, including electroacupuncture group, rehabilition training group, electroacupuncture with rehabilition training group. The three groups were given electroacupuncture or rehabilition training only and electroacupuncture with rehabilition training. Every Patient treated once per day, treatment of six days in a row and rest one day per every week, three weeks per course, and one course was enough. Measure patient’s ankle joint varus angle, Fugl-Meyer assessment scale, functional ambulation category scale (Holden),tinetti gait assessment before and after the treatment.Results:1.Varus angle assessment:Compared with before treatment, three groups all decreased, there were statistical significant difference (P<0.01).After treatment, compared with the electro-acupuncture group, the patients in rehabilitation training group had no significant difference (P>0.05);electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of patients improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Compared with the rehabilitation training group, electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of patients improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).2.Function of lower extremity motor Fugl-Meyer assessment: Compared with before treatment, three groups all obviously increased, there were statistical significant difference (P<0.01).After treatment, compared with the electro-acupuncture group, the patients in rehabilitation training group had no significant difference (P>0.05);electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of patients improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Compared with the rehabilitation training group, electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of patients improved significantly, the difference was significant (P<0.05).3.Holden walking ability assessment-Compared with before treatment, three groups of patients were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).After treatment, the three groups compared with each other, the improvement of walking ability approached, no significant difference (P>0.05).4.Tinetti gait assessment:Compared with before treatment, three groups all obviously increased, there were statistical significant difference (P<0.01). After treatment, compared with the electro-acupuncture group, the patients in rehabilitation training group had no significant difference (P>0.05);electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of patients improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Compared with the rehabilitation training group, electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of patients improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:1.The electro-acupuncture or rehabilitation training treatment also can effectively improve Strephenopodia patient’s ankle joint varus angle, lower limbs function, gait balance ability and ambulation function, but the curative effect of two kinds of therapy combined with superior to pure electro-acupuncture or rehabilitation training treatment.2.The three groups were no significant differences in proving ambulation function.
