The Clinical Study Of Wen Tong Yinqiao Channel Combined With Rehabilitation Exercise Training In Patients With Strephenopodia After Stroke

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of wen tong yinqiao channel combined with rehabilitation exercise training in the treatment of strephenopodia after apoplexy,and to evaluate the clinical value of the treatment method.MethodsFrom July 2017 to August 2018,60 patients were collected from the Department of Rehabilitation of Zhongshan traditional Chinese Medicine Jospital in Guangdong Province to meet the criteria for the diagnosis and inclusion of strephenopodia after apoplexy.According to the random number table,60 patients were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups were given routine treatment and rehabilitation exercise training(passive and active joint movement).On the basis,the treatment group received wen tong yinqiao channel(conventional acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion at yinqiao channel).Two groups of patients once daily treatment for 2 weeks.Determination of fugl-Meyer Assessment and Clinical Spasm Index(CSI)in both groups of patients before and after treatment respectively,and compare the difference of clinical efficacy.To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of wen tong yinqiao channel combined with rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of strephenopodia after apoplexy.ResultsAfter the treatment,FMA scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,CSI scores were lower than those before treatment,and all indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).ConclusionWen Tong Yinqiao channel combined with rehabilitation exercise training can help improve the effected lower limb function of patients with post-stroke strephenopodia,relieve limb spasm,and clinical efficacy of treatment group is superior to that of the control group.
