ObjectiveBased on the clinical data of 426 children with cerebral palsy, obtain the distribution and clinical feature of TCM syndromes of cerebral palsy,to improve the clinical syndrome level to ensure the efficacy of rehabilitation; at the same time, provide a reference for further elaboration syndrome diagnostic criteria and create the associated TCM clinical efficacy of treatment program and evaluation system.MethodsBy using clinical epidemiology method, sorting and summarize the ancient and modern literature, and on this basis, in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, collect Foshan MCH 426 cases of cerebral palsy, using questionnaire way, collect children clinical data, input data to establish a database, using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis of the data. The main application of statistical methods include frequency statistics, cluster analysis, rank sum test, chi-square test and Fisher’s exact test.Result1.426 cases of children with cerebral palsy can be divided into six categories, with reference to the relevant standard syndromes syndrome type, according to the number of cases from more to less as follows:Spleen liver hyperactivity syndrome (150 cases, accounting for 35.2%), spleen kidney deficient syndrome (89 cases,20.9%), kidney essence deficiency syndrome (84 cases,19.7%), the Heart and two deficiency syndrome (44 cases,10.3%), liver and kidney deficiency syndrome (43 cases,10.1%), spleen phlegm and blood stasis (16 cases,3.8%).2. Six Syndromes Clinical data analysis(1)In comparing the gender of each syndrome, there is no statistical significance in the differences(P>0.05).(2)There is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of the age between the spleen kidney deficient Syndrome and other syndromes(P <0.0033), there is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of between the spleen phlegm and blood stasis Syndrome and other syndromes(P<0.0033), there is no statistical significance in the differences between other syndromes(P>0.0033).(3)There is no statistical significance in the differences of the comparison of the western medicine classification between the deficiency of kidney-essence syndrome and other syndromes(P>0.0033), there is statistical significance in the differences between other syndromes(P<0.0033).(4)There is no statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of the GMFM between the spleen and liver Hyperactivity PBSS spleen, kidney essence deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, deficiency of both heart and spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome (P>0.0033), there is statistical significance in the differences between other syndromes(P<0.0033).(5)There is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of the GMFCS between the spleen liver hyperactivity syndrome and other syndromes(P<0.0033), there is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of the GMFCS between the spleen kidney deficient syndrome and other syndromes(P<0.0033), there is no statistical significance in the differences between other syndromes(P>0.0033).(6)There is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of the Intelligence between the spleen kidney deficient syndrome and other syndromes(P<0.0033), there is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of the Intelligence between spleen liver hyperactivity syndrome and the spleen kidney deficient syndrome, kidney essence deficiency syndrome, deficiency of both heart and spleen, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(P <0.0033), there is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of the Intelligence between the phlegm stasis syndrome and spleen deficiency of both heart and spleen(P<0.0033), there is no statistical significance in the differences between other syndromes(P>0.0033).(7)There is no statistical significance in the differences of the comparison of the Visual situation between the syndromes(P>0.0033).(8)There is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of the Hearing situation between the spleen kidney deficient syndrome, spleen and liver and kidney essence deficiency syndrome Hyperactivity difference PBSS spleen, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome hearing cases(P<0.0033), there is no statistical significance in the differences between other syndromes(P>0.0033).Conclusion1. Distribution of children with cerebral palsy TCM syndromes were:spleen liver Hyperactivity, spleen and two losses certificate, kidney essence deficiency syndrome, deficiency of both heart and spleen, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, spleen phlegm and blood stasis; the most common syndromes of spleen liver hyperactivity.2. Clinical features of liver spleen Hyperactivity middle aged, mostly spastic cerebral palsy, diplegia, quadriplegia, hemiplegia are visible, high level of intelligence, a large motor functions better and the prognosis is good, most of the normal auditory function. Spleen and two losses clinical syndrome characterized by younger, mostly dyskinetic and mixed type, low intelligence, poor gross motor function and the prognosis is poor, often accompanied by auditory dysfunction. Kidney essence deficiency syndrome is characterized clinically Age moderate, mostly spastic quadriplegia, moderate level of intelligence, a large motor function and the prognosis is generally moderate, often accompanied by auditory dysfunction. Spleen phlegm and blood stasis clinical features of older, mostly ataxia, moderate level of intelligence, medium and large motor function prognosis in general, most of the normal auditory function. Heart and two deficiency middle age, clinical features, mostly spastic quadriplegia, a low level of intelligence, medium and large motor function prognosis in general, most of the normal auditory function. Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome is characterized clinically Age moderate, mostly spastic quadriplegia, moderate level of intelligence, medium and large motor function prognosis in general, most of the normal auditory function.
