The Study On Etiological Factors And Clinical Manifestations Of Cerebral Palsy By Extract Syndrome Elements

Aims:We extracted syndrome element (SE) from past dynasties literature data and infant with cerebral palsy (CP), excavated disease location, nature of disease and clinical syndrome of SE, analysised SE signature and combination rule of SE, explained CP syndromes, manifestation of tongue and pulse, symptom and sign (S&S) disposition rules and combination rule analysis of SE, etiological factor analysis and etc. We approached traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom, symptom and sign typing, clinical manifestation feature and rules of CP. This article provided some evidence for treatment CP, and deepened the TCM recognition of CP.Methods1 literature researchLiterature research consisted of three parts:past dynasties medical thesis, medical records, and medical formula or medicine. For approached the clinical manifestation feature about the kind of pediatric diseases that included motor dysfunction and abnormal posture, we extracted SE and analyzed combination rule of SE,then determinated the valuable of SE.2 clinical TCM S&S researchWe adopted clinical investigation methods, investigated 378 cases children spastic CP by TCM four diagnose information table of CP in children, differentiation for syndrome classification by expert group, extracted main SE by mathematical statistics, approached the feature common S&S, combination and succession rules of spasm CP. At last, we exploratory studied reference index of the diagnosis of spasm CP SE by principal component analysis and probability ratio arithmetic methods.3 the dependability research of PE and etiological factorWe investigated CP etiological factor data with questionnaire by communication face to face with patients or patients'families. We searched etiological factor by chi-square test and Seale-Free Newtokrs analytical methods. Eventually, we approached S&S feature of CP by analysis the Correlation Between PE and etiological factor. ResultWe extracted 12 SE of pediatric diseases that included motor dysfunction and abnormal posture and 13 SE of spasm CP. Summarized the feature of spasm CP S&S. formulated reference index of the diagnosis of spasm CP SE, found there were closed relationship between reproduction& obstetrics factor and SE.ConclusionThere were better coincident between literature research conclusion to be identical clinical research conclusion. We extracted 13 SE of CP and formulated reference index of the diagnosis of spasm CP SE. Liver-Qi Deficiency Syndrome was one of the primary Syndrome Type of spasm CP. Iinsufficiency and excess syndrome which based mainly on deficiency syndrome was the syndrome characteristic of spasm CP.Kidney-essence Deficiency Syndrome, Liver-yin Deficiency Syndrome ware it's fundamental syndrome types.it's familiar syndrome types were Kidney-yang Deficiency Syndrome, Brain and Spinal cord Deficiency Syndrome, Liver-blood Deficiency Syndrome, Spleen-qi Deficiency Syndrome and Heart-blood Deficiency Syndrome. Spleen Deficiency and dampness obstructing Syndrome was it's principal Iinsufficiency and excess syndrome.Disease location SE (Liver,Spleen,Kidney), disease nature SE (deficiency of the kidney essence, Qi deficiency, Blood Deficiency, Yang Deficiency, Ying Deficiency).We found there were closed relationship between Brain and etiological which result in deficiency of vital essence and Blood,ischemia hypoxia, congenital deficiencies, reproduction& obstetrics factor and parents'innateness were the precipitating cause of the Brain and Spinal cord Deficiency types CP. Etiological which result in deficiency of vital essence and blood, ischemia hypoxia, congenital deficiencies were the precipitating cause of blood stasis in brain CP.
