Purpose: To explore the rule of TCM syndromes and syndrome elements in children with cerebral palsy, deepen the understanding of this disease, regulate the dialectical of Chinese medicine, and provide reference for improving the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Through the investigation of medical records of 89 cases of children with cerebral palsy, collecting the information of TCM four diagnostic methods,compile and fill in "the clinical investigation form of TCM syndrome elements in children with cerebral palsy",establish syndromes and syndrome factors of database and through SPSS statistical analysis software, using frequency statistics and cluster analysis method, to statistic and describe the TCM syndrome elements of children with cerebral palsy.Results:1. Syndrome distribution: 89 cases is divided into six syndromes, respectively, for the deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome(55.06%), asthenia of both the spleen and kidney syndrome(16.85%), phlegm and blood retardarced syndrome(8.99%), heart and spleen deficiency syndrome(7.87%), spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome(6.74%), Yinxu Fengdong syndrome(4.49%).2. Syndrome elements distribution law: This study extracted 12 TCM syndrome elements of children with cerebral palsy, of which the syndrome elements 4, the syndrome elements 8.
