| ObjectiveTo evaluate the quantitative characteristics and the priciples in acupoint selection of the clinical literature on electroacupuncture therapy for cerebral palsy by the method of bibliometrics.The overall quality of the literature and the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on cerebral palsy were evaluated by meta-analysis.MethodsThe first part domestic and foreign researchSummarized the literatures about cerebral palsy research domestic and overseas by retrieval database combine with review literature,then analysis the research status.The second part evaluate the quantitative characteristics and the priciplesin acupoint selectionRetrieve CNKI.WanFang Data.WIP.CBM from build libraries to December 30,2016,Chinese main search term:"cupping" and "cerebral palsy",according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the related information of literature included is extracted and parallel pretreatment,set up the database,import NoteExpress analysis literature metrological characteristics and the priciples in acupoint selection.The third part meta-ana lysisoverall quality of the literature included in the database,will be evaluated by Rev.man5.2,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture on cerebral palsy by total efficiency,MAS,GMFM,IQ,muscle strength,knee hyperextension Angle.ResultsThe datebase that the current research analysis is established upon includes 178 references,mostly is clinical research,In 2015,the number of literatures was up to 32.and all references collected in 54 journals,with an average of 3.18.the top ten being the Chinese Journal of Traditional Medical Science and Technology,Shanghai journal of acupuncture and moxibustion,Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Chinese Acupuncture&Moxibustion,Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research,Journal of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine,TCM,Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine,Chinese Journal of Woman and Child Health Research,Shaanxi Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,384 keywords was using 691 times,the average article was 3.9.the top five were electroacupuncture,children cerebral palsy,cerebral palsy,cerebral palsy,comprehensive rehabilitation,there were 423 researchers with 593 signed names,the names of three people were signed six times,the names of five people were signed five times,the names of nine people were signed four times,the names of sixteen people were signed three times,the names of twenty-three people were signed twice,the names of Two hundred and fiftypeople were signed once,fifty-eight literature has one author,forty-six literature has two authors,twenty-eight literature has three authors,thirty-two literature has four authors,eleven literature has five authors,six literature has six authors,There were hundred and thirty-six units of authors,it involves one hundred and thirty-six universities,84.56 percent of the total and accumulatedone hundred and fifty-two articles,it involves three research institutes,2.21 percent of the total and accumulated five articles.The first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine is more than four articles,Affiliated brain disease hospital of shaanxi unlversity of traditional Chinese medicine,Guangdong gaozhou people' s hospital,The fourth affiliated hospital of nanchang university,Shandong universityof traditional Chinese medicine were each more than three articles,there were twenty-six provinces of authors,the top five of provinces were guangdong,henan,shaanxi,shandong,fujian.There are 29 literatures from guangdong province and It accounted for 16.29 percent of the total literature,21 literatures from henan province and It accounted for 11.80 percent of the total literature,15 literatures from shanxi province and It accounted for 16.29 percent of the total literature,11 literatures from shandong province and It accounted for 6.18 percent of the total literature,9 literatures from fujian province and It accounted for 5.06 percent of the total literatures.There were 103 kinds of electroacupuncture therapy in tatol literature,37 literatures use an electric needle alone,71 literatures were combined treatment,the top five therapy methods were electric acupuncture,electroacupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture,electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,electroacupuncture combined with exercise training,electroacupuncture combined with speech training;There are 22 types of cerebral palsy,The top 10 were spastic cerebral palsy,Low muscular tension type,Low birth weight of premature infants type,Foot and foot movement type,Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy type,Perinatal asphyxia type,Ataxic type,Relaxation type,Traumatic cerebral palsy;Involving the acupuncture points 71,acupoints were used 1054 frequency,the average use of 14.84 times each use of acupuncture points,the top 10 of the acupoints are:Baihui,four God Cong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Hegu,Qu pool,Yanglingquan,V rabbit,the wind pool,foreign relations.Involving the meridians 15,the cumulative use of the frequency of the top 5 of the meridians for the foot.Yangming stomach,foot Shaoyang gallbladder,Du,hand Yangming large intestine,foot sun bladder.Meta analysis was included in the 25 literatures;16 literatures used the total effective rate as an ending index in electric acupuncture treated cerebral palsy,meta analysis results show that the total effective rate by electric acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral palsy statistically significant(RR = 0.83,95%CI =(0.78,088),P<0.05).And no heterogeneity among literature research results,explain the curative treatment for children with cerebral palsy have certain improvement effect.Six paper electric acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy in the ending index using MAS score,meta analysis results show that the MAS score,each has obvious heterogeneity between the results of the study,it is divided into different types of cerebral palsy,cupping selected point of subgroup analysis,results show that the spasm MAS score higher than low muscle tone,for hole position,no obvious difference,show more important curative treatment for spastic type cerebral palsy,and to choose hole parts mainly for hua tuo clip ridge point and head needle plus limbs,there was no significant difference,hua tuo clip ridge hole and the head,limbs choose hole all have good therapeutic effect to cerebral palsy.Seven articles electric acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy in the ending index GMFM grading,meta analysis,according to the results of GMFM scoring,each has obvious heterogeneity between the results of the study,it is divided into different types of cerebral palsy,interventions subgroup analysis,the results showed that type spasm cerebral palsy GMFM score higher than that of low muscle tone,and unknown,the curative group of GMFM including score was significantly lower than with other treatments that cupping therapy effect is more significant for spastic type cerebral palsy,and has a better intervention method combined with cupping the other method.Conclusions1.Electric acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy journal of modern literature in the majority with clinical research,post number in 2015 to achieve the most,the main body of literature research for domestic provincial hospitals,most of guangdong province,the formation of "science and technology of Chinese medicine in China" "Shanghai journal of acupuncture,acupuncture clinical magazine," Chinese acupuncture ",such as "national physician when Jane characters" contents,represented in xuefeng,FanXiangWei,high crystal core team.2.Electroacupuncture is used to treat cerebral palsy with electroacupuncture and other treatments.Electro acupuncture combine with traditional acupuncture,electro acupuncture combine with rehabilitation training,electroacupuncture combine with exercise training,electro acupuncture combine with speech training,etc.More take the meridian of yangming foot,foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian and du meridian,hand yangming's large intestine,bladder meridian acupoints,sufficient sun to hundred,four chung,foot three Yin three mile,and god,or valley,li 11,gb 34,fu rabbit,wind pool,closing acupoints such as the use frequency is higher.3.meta analysis showed that the overall efficacy of electric acupuncture combined with other methods in the treatment of cerebral palsy is superior to other methods of treatment,,the gross motor function of children with muscle tension,mental development,such as Angle of knee hyperextension has more obvious improvement effect,worthy of further promotion of use. |
