Preliminary Study On TCM Syndrome Distribution Characteristics Of Children With Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Objective:To explore the primary and secondary symptoms in children with spastic cerebral palsy of the TCM syndrome distribution law and the syndrome law application of cluster analysis and principal component analysis, classified the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine; On children with spastic cerebral palsy of common TCM syndrome differentiation points, which can provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods:Based on a broad access to and analysis of the literature and pre clinical research on TCM syndrome differentiation, reference standard reference at this stage of the authority of the cerebral palsy children, after repeated study and seek the task team of expert opinion, screening of spastic cerebral palsy syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in the item pool, classification, sorting, merge, delete the index has nothing to do with repeated, thus preliminarily designed "questionnaire of TCM syndromes in children with spastic cerebral palsy", According to the inclusion criteria were collected from 2014 May to 2015 January in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during cerebral palsy rehabilitation center, the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhengzhou cerebral palsy rehabilitation center at children’s Hospital of cerebral palsy rehabilitation center in hospital and clinically diagnosed 213 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy, collect and record all children with gender, age, personal history, TCM symptoms, tongue like, pulse data,With SPSS17.0 statistical software, the frequency analysis of four diagnostic information, first of all, from the one-dimensional level reflects the various syndromes of the composition and distribution of elements, and then select more than 10% symptoms of clustering analysis variable, summed up the TCM syndrome type of spastic cerebral palsy. Clinical experts from 2 has a high title, combined with the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine professional to determine the syndrome name. Then for each syndrome symptoms, signs, tongue and pulse of principal component analysis, so as to obtain the principal components variance contribution of each variable and the variable principal component load matrix, to determine the main symptoms of each type of syndrome and secondary symptoms.Results:To reveal the information of four diagnoses 1 spastic cerebral palsy frequency distribution: Sports abnormalities, limbtoug h, hang foot spasm the 3 have characteristic symptoms, 10 most common symptoms were anorexia, glassy, bad language, timid and easily frightened, disturbed sleep, night mental retardation, sweating, pale tongue, white fur, fingerprint is reddish, with less common symptoms include: muscle atrophy, opisthotonus, sweating, dry stool, eye week dark, enuresis, etc. 2 cluster analysis results show that clustered into three groups is consistent with clinical practice, and by the research group of experts to discuss and determine the syndrome in each class contains symptoms represent, to determine the name of each syndrome. The first category belongs to "deficiency of liver and kidney", "liver second can be attributed to the strong and weak spleen syndrome", third class can be attributed to the "phlegm and blood stasis syndrome". The 3 principal component analysis to determine the initial main symptoms of liver and kidney deficiency type of spastic cerebral palsy is: Sports abnormalities, limb tough, hang foot spasm,night sweats, nocturia, sparse hair, timid and easily frightened, teething delay, pale tongue, moss white, fingerprint reddish; secondary symptoms: late closure of fontanel soft waist, weakness, irritability and hyperactivity, night disturbed sleep, deep and fine pulse. The main symptoms of liver strong weak spleen type is:Sports abnormalities, limb tough, hang foot spasm,paroxysmal tonic limb muscle stiffness, irritable crying, muscle is thin, loose stool, anorexia, drooling, hair color is yellow, yellow complexion, Shenpi fatigue; secondary symptoms: stiff neck, limbs torsion, fat tongue with teeth marks, fingerprint purple, thin pulse string. The main symptoms of blood stasis and phlegm is: Sports abnormalities, limb tough, hang foot spasm, mental retardation, language disadvantage, ear is not sharp, vomiting phlegm, for epilepsy, lies much less dynamic, unresponsive, pale tongue, dark, thick and greasy fur, fingerprint dark hysteresis; secondary symptoms: squint, Dysphagia, tongue petechia ecchymosis, sunken pulse.Conclusion:The following diagnostic criteria in this study, the preliminary conclusion of children with spastic cerebral palsy the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine: the main symptoms of 1 liver and kidney deficiency type is: Sports abnormalities, limb tough, hang foot spasm, night sweats, nocturia, sparse hair, timid and easily frightened, teething delay, pale tongue, moss white, reddish secondary fingerprint; symptoms: late closure of fontanel, waist soft weakness, irritability and hyperactivity, night disturbed sleep, deep and fine pulse.
