The Clinical Research Of Treatment For Primary Hypertension By Bleeding Behind The Ears Ditch With Acupuncture

ObjectivePrimary Hypertension (Essential Hypertension, EH) refers to a multiple, comprehensive disease due to systemic long-term abnormal blood pressure. Generally small artery spasm is the main pathological changes. Early clinical manifestations are ingcluded of headache、dizziness、palpitation、 tinnitus、insomnia etc., Lately, symptoms of heart, brain, kidney and other organ damage can appear. As the climate, environment, diet, and lifestyle changes, The prevalence rate of primary hypertension has a tendency to rise year by year. It gennerat the serious influence for people’s life quality, also harm to people’s health greatly.Existing hypertension treatment emphasizes lifelong medication, but drug treatments have certain limitations、side effects and poor adherence. therapy without non-drug as the basis of hypertension treatment seems especially important. The thought of "cure not ill" originated from neijing era of thousands of years ago. Acupuncture、blooding is one of traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic method.This research uses small sample randomized controlled clinical trials, to meet the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of primary hypertension patients as the research object. Useing acupuncture and bloodletting therapy for the treatment of the disease, and comparing with simple acupuncture group, to explore the feasibility and effectiveness in the treatment by apply the bloodletting therapy with acupuncture,to provide a basis for clinical and scientific research, also to offers a more simple and effective treatment approach for patients with high blood pressure.MethodsStrictly accordance to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria screening 60 cases of patients with essential hypertension (eh), who selected from the ward and outpatient of the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine in May 2015 to February 2016. Then according to random number table method, the cases were randomly divided into treatment group (bloodletting behind the ears ditch plus acupuncture group) and control group (simple acupuncture group), on average.Two groups of treatment are cured three times a week. A course is 2 weeks, The total time of therapy(a total of 12 times) covers 4 weeks(1 month). Before treatment、after one course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment, the blood pressure and the clinical symptoms are both measured, with essential hypertension (eh) scale, to assess the treatment effect in both groups, according to the curative effect evaluation standard, and to analyzed by using SPSS19.0 software, finally, to draw the corresponding conclusions.Results1.The clinical symptom scores between treatment group and control group are significantly reduced after treatment, two groups before and after treatment have significant difference in statistics (P<0.05), it shows that both methods has effect on primary hypertension clinical symptoms to improve. Clinical symptom scores in the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment, and it has statistical significance(P<0.05).In other words, it suggest that bloodletting therapy with acupuncture in the improvement of clinical symptoms of EH is superior to simple acupuncture groups.2. In terms of blood pressure values results evaluation, two groups of blood pressure after treatment was reduced to some extent, the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%, control group total effective rate was 76.7%. Using rank and test analysis, there is no statistical significance(P>0.05) on the blood pressure drop in the two groups after treatment efficiently. It prompted that the difference between the treatment group and the control group is not obvious in terms of lower blood pressure values.ConclusionBloodletting therapy with acupuncture group and simple acupuncture group can make the patient’s clinical symptoms improved, and the treatment group of patients with clinical symptoms improved more obviously;And two groups of blood pressure after treatment was reduced to some extent, the difference is not obvious.Above all, the acupuncture and bloodletting therapy for the treatment of essential hypertension, is a combination the double effect using bloodletting and acupuncture,and it is a kind of comprehensive therapy, not only simple、safe but also more effective, should be worth widely used in clinical.
