Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yintang acupoint bloodletting therapy in the treatment of essential hypertension, and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: 45 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into four groups: A,B and C,with 15 cases in each group.Group A was given lifestyle intervention, group B was treated with lifestyle intervention + levamlodipine besylate tablets, group C was given lifestyle intervention + Yintang acupoint bloodletting therapy.Compare the blood pressure level, blood pressure lowering effect and TCM syndrome efficacy of the three groups of patients.Results:1.After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the three groups were lower than that before treatment. The difference between the three groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference between group C and group A was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between group C and group B(P > 0.05),and the difference between group A and group B was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.001).There was significant difference between group C and group A(P < 0.001),and there was significant difference between group C and group B(P <0.05),and the difference between group A and group B was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.Comparison of the antihypertensive effect of the three groups of subjects after treatment. The total effective rate of group A was 46.6%,group B was 86.7%,and group C was 73.3%.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes of the three groups of subjects after treatment. The total effective rate of group A was 46.6%,group B was 86.7%,and group C was 93.3%.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion:Yintang acupoint bloodletting therapy has certain antihypertensive effect and no adverse reactions in the treatment of essential hypertension. It can improve the TCM syndromes of patients and provide certain reference basis for clinical application.
