The Clinical Curative Effect Of Treatment Of Nasolabial Groove With Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of asolabial groove,Summed up a set of effective clinical treatment of nasolabial path, and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of nasolabial groove.Methods:75 cases were selected according to inclusion criteria,using randomized, controlled and single blind method divided into two groups, namely facial cupuncture +body acupuncture group (treatment group) and the facial acupuncture group (control group),38 cases in the treatment group,37 cases in the control group.The treatment group used facial acupuncture plus body acupuncture treatment,the control group using facial acupuncture treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.According to the nasolabial score,We evaluated the two groups before treatment,after one course of treatment,after one course of treatment,30 days after treatment,60 days after reatment, 90 days after treatment.And according to the standard of curative effect evaluation of nasolabial groove,We make curative effect evaluation, statistical analysis;records of adverse events,and the acupuncture treatment of nasolabial safety evaluation.Results:(1) Two groups of volunteers after treatment of nasolabial groove effect had no significant difference (P>0.05), but with the passage of time,30 days after treatment,60 days after treatment,90 days after treatment, two groups of volunteers nasolabial efficacy comparison showed that there were significant differences (P< 0.05); (2)Two groups of volunteers after one or two courses of treatment clinical curative effect comparison had significant difference (P< 0.05); (3) The effect of two groups of volunteers with mild, moderate nasolabial groove had no significant difference (P>0.05);The effect of two groups of volunteers with moderate, severe nasolabial groove had significant difference (P<0.05),The effect of two groups of volunteers with mild, severe nasolabial groove had significant difference (P<0.05).(4) The treatment group treatment after 0 days, treatment after 30 days of treatment of nasolabial groove total curative effect had no significant difference (P>0.05); there had significant difference between treatment after 0 days and treatment after 60 days of nasolabial groove (p<0.05),there had significant difference between treatment after 0 days and treatment after 90 days of nasolabial groove(p<0.05); (5) The control group treatment after 0 days, treatment after 30 days of treatment of nasolabial groove total curative effect had significant difference (P<0.05);there had significant difference between treatment after 0 days and treatment after 60 days of nasolabial groove (P<0.05), there had significant difference between treatment after 0 days and treatment after 90 days of nasolabial groove(P<0.05); (6) There were no significant differences in the adverse reactions between the two groups,And the acupuncture treatment of nasolabial fold without obvious side effect,good safety.Conclusion:Acupuncture for improving nasolabial groove has good clinical curative effect, especially the effect of facial acupuncture plus body acupuncture treatment of nasolabial groove lasted for a long time, is an effective path for clinical treatment of nasolabial groove. In addition,the effect of acupuncture on mild and moderate nasolabial groove,can be used for clinical treatment and prevention of nasolabial light and medium. In conclusion,acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of nasolabial groove, is worth further research and promotion.
