Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Wenzhong Qinghua method combined with ray Bella with the treatment of peptic ulcer in the cold-heat complicated syndrome. Methods:Selected by gastroscopy diagnosed 60 cases of peptic ulcer which belongs to the cold-heat complicated syndrome. All patients were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to October 2015, which were diagnosed as peptic ulcer, and there were no serious complications. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group, two groups of patients with gender, age, ulcer type and the treatment of total score of clinical symptoms, no significant difference (P> 0.05), with comparability. The treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine Wenzhong Qinghua method combined with ray Bella with treatment, the control group only received the treatment with ray Bella. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in two groups. The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients were recorded and the adverse reactions were recorded at second weeks (±2 days), eighth weeks (±2 days), and thirty-second weeks (±2 days). The treatment of two groups of patients was evaluated by the index of symptom improvement and sign score. After 8 weeks of treatment, the patients were followed up for half a years after the onset of the course of treatment, and the recurrence of peptic ulcer was recorded.Results:1.Comparison of the efficacy of two groups of patients with symptoms:treatment group cured 22 cases,6 cases were markedly effective, effective in 1 case,1 case was ineffective, effective rate is 96.67%, control group,15 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, invalid in 6 cases, the total efficiency of 80.00%. After statistical analysis, the efficacy of the two groups were different (P< 0.05). and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of symptom scores between the two groups:The total score of clinical symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P< 0.05); and the clinical symptoms of the treatment group total scores were significantly better than the control group (P <0.01).3.Comparison of two groups of patients with endoscopic healing rate:after treatment, the healing rate of the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05). The healing rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).4.Comparison of recurrence rate between the two groups:6 months after the end of treatment, after statistical analysis, the treatment group the recurrence rate was 3.45%, the recurrence rate of control group was 12.5%, the treatment group to reduce the recurrence rate than the control group (P<0.05), with a statistically significant difference. Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Wenzhong qinghua method combined with ray Bella ribavirin in the treatment of digestive ulcer in cold-heat complicated syndrome is exact, than the single application of rabeprazole treatment, improvement of symptoms was more obvious, endoscopic healing was higher, and the recurrence rate was lower. Prove that the traditional Chinese medicine Wenzhong qinghua method combined with rabeprazole treatment peptic ulcer can be used as one of effective scheme of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of digestive ulcer, to improve the prognosis of patients, reduce adverse reactions can play a significant role.
