Clinical Study Of Wenzhong Yangwei Mixture Combined With Quadruple Therapy For Helicobacter Pylori Infection(cold-heat Complicated Syndrome)

Objective:This study by observing the wenzhong yangwei mixture combination quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp,helicobacter pylori)infection eradication rate and clinical symptoms improvement,safety evaluation,etc,to take advantage of Chinese medicine dialectical treatment,clear the effectiveness of TCM treatment of helicobacter pylori,provide new ideas for clinieal treatment of the disease,also provide a basis for further study on wenzhong yangwei mixture.Method:In this clinical trial,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the department of spleen and stomach diseases,mianyang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random data table,37 patients in the experimental group were treated with wenzhong yangwei mixture combined with quadruple therapy,and 35 patients in the control group were treated with quadruple therapy for 14 consecutive days.During the treatment period,the two groups were not allowed to use other drugs other than the test,and the main observation indexes such as attention to diet and life care were eradication rate,symptom score,improvement rate,safety evaluation,etc.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and observe the curative effect of the two groups of cases.Results:Comparison of the two groups in this study:Compared with the eradication rate of Hp,the eradication rate of the control group was 71.43%,and the experimental group was 91.89%,the difference was statistieally signifieant,and the chi-square was 5.09,P<0.05.After treatment,the total score of symptoms of the two groups was compared,the experimental group recovered 27.03%excellent 27.03%effective 43.24%ineffective 2.70%total effective rate was 97.30%,the control group recovered 8.57%excellent 8.57%effective 45.71%ineffective 37.14%total effective rate was 62.86%,and Z was-3.993,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Single major and secondary symptom points of the two groups were compared.The total efficiency of epigastric pain?fullness in the stomach?Dry mouth,bitter breath?sour regurgitation?belching?A burning sensation in the stomach?extreme chilliness?reduced appetite?constipation?Bowel diarrhea,in the experimental group,was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conlusion:Compared with single quadruple therapy,wenzhongrangwei mixture combined with quadruple therapy can effectively improve the eradication rate of Hp.In terms of the improvement of symptoms,the improvement of the main symptoms(epigastric pain,epigastric pain,dry mouth,bitter halitosis,acid regurgitation and belchingep igastric pain?fullnecs in the stomach?Dry mouth,bitter breath?sour regurgitation?belching?)and the secondary symptoms(A burning sensation in the stonmcach extreme chilliness?reduced appetite?constipation?Bowel diarrhea)had obvious effects,which were better than the quadruple therapy alone.The effection of wenzhong yangwei mixture in the treatment of Hp is significant,which is worthy for further study and promotion.
