Effect Of Houpu Wenzhong Decoction Combined With Acupuncture And Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia(Syndrome Of Cold Dampness And Qi Stagnation)

Objective: To study the treatment of functional dyspepsia with Houpu Wenzhong decoction combined with acupuncture.In this study,clinical observation objects are the patients who are with cold dampness stagnation syndrome.The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and moxibustion was compared with that of simple Chinese medicine,and the advantages of combining internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine were verified to treat functional dyspepsia,and data were provided for clinical treatment,which provided a more optimized treatment plan for the disease.Methods: In this study,we observed the clinical effect of Houpu Wenzhong decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,and studied 72 patients selected from the liver,spleen and stomach outpatient clinic of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Compare and statistically analyze the symptom scores before and after treatment in the control group and the treatment group,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatments,and explore the clinical value of Houpu Wenzhong decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,so as to provide the basis for better clinical treatment of this disease.Results: After the treatment group and the control group eliminated 5 patients,62 patients completed the study according to the treatment plan.The total effective rate was93.54% in the treatment group and 77.41% in the control group.The P value was0.023<0.05 in the rank sum test,which indicated that the treatment mode was more effective.The P of rank sum test was 0.004<0.05,indicating that the treatment group and the control group had obvious advantages in the improvement of symptoms.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the improvement of the above symptoms in the treatment group was stronger than that in the control group.Conclusion: Hopu Wenzhong decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has obvious curative effect in relieving symptomsand reducing the recurrence of diseases,which provides a more optimal scheme for clinical treatment.
