Clinical Observation On Modified Hou Pu Wenzhong Decoction In Treating Colitis(Syndrome Of Cold-dam Pness And Qi Stagnation)

PurPose:Chronic colitis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical Practice,and the incidence rate has shown an obvious uPward trend in recent years.At Present,western medicine still mainly focuses on symPtomatic treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages for this disease.Through the clinical observation on the treatment of chronic colitis(cold-damPness and qi stagnation syndrome)with modified HouPu Wenzhong Decoction,a more exact and effective treatment scheme is Provided for the treatment of chronic colitis(cold-damPness and qi stagnation syndrome)with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:All the Patients came from the outPatient dePartment and treatment area of the DePartment of Liver,SPleen and Stomach Diseases of the Affiliated HosPital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and all of them met the clinical diagnosis of cold,damPness and qi stagnation syndrome of chronic colitis and signed informed consent.In this exPerimental study,the selected cases were randomly divided into treatment grouP(36 cases)and control grouP(36 cases).As samPles may fall off during clinical observation,the number of samPles was increased by 20% on the basis of 60 cases.The treatment grouP: Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis Wenzhong Decoction(comPosed of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Fructus Amomi Rotundus,PericarPium Citri Reticulatae,Radix Aucklandiae,Zingiberis Rhizoma,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens,Poria,Radix Glycyrrhizae PreParata,etc.)is a Chinese medicinal decoction with a course of treatment of 4 weeks.Control grouP: Weichangling caPsule,the course of treatment is the same as above.After 8 weeks of treatment,follow-uP was conducted to observe the clinical symPtoms,colonoscoPy and TCM syndrome scores of the two grouPs after treatment,and to evaluate the efficacy.Result: The modified HouPu Wenzhong Decoction has achieved very good clinical effect in treating chronic colitis(syndrome of cold,damPness and qi stagnation).The total effective rate of the treatment grouP is 93.33%,and that of the control grouP is 86.67%,with significant difference.The clinical Primary and secondary syndromes in the modified grouP of houPu wenzhong decoction have imProved to varying degrees.colonoscoPy also shows that the rePorted results of the two grouPs have imProved after treatment.comPared with before treatment,statistical analysis shows that there is significant difference(P <0.05).All of the above can indicate that the curative effect of HouPu Wenzhong Decoction Plus traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treating chronic colitis with cold damPness and qi stagnation syndrome is better than Weichangling CaPsule,and that the treatment of chronic colitis based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective,which can imProve the quality of life of Patients,highlight the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and exPand the thinking for clinical treatment of chronic colitis.Conclusion: Modified HouPu Wenzhong Decoction can achieve good clinical effect in treating chronic colitis(syndrome of cold,damPness and qi stagnation).
