Clinical Study Of Jinghua Weikang Capsule Combined With PPI Triple Therapy To Treat The Cold-heat Complicated Syndrome Of HP Associated Chronic Gastritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinghua Weikang capsule combined with PPI triple therapy in the treatment of HP associated chronic gastritis with mixed cold and heat,to evaluate objectively the effectiveness of Jinghua Weikang capsule in eradicating HP,to explore the mechanism of its action,and to guide its clinical application.Method:60 patients with HP associated chronic gastritis with mixed cold and heat were selected from the outpatient department or inpatient department of Department of Digestive Medicineof Jiangsu Province hospital of Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to February 2018,.There were 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jinghua Weikang capsule combined with PPI triple therapy,while the control group was treated with quadruple therapy containing bismuth.The two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The main symptoms of TCM in both groups were observed,including the main symptoms of the syndrome of mixed cold and heat.According to the standard of grading and quantification,the observation form was filled out,and the clinical observation and curative effect were evaluated 4 weeks after withdrawal.Results:The eradication rate of Hp in the treatment group was 83.3%,the control group was 56.6%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 97.0 in the treatment group and 63.3 in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups can improve the overall symptoms of patients.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the overall symptoms of the patients.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in improvingthe symptoms stomachache,upper abdominal distension,chills and warm,belching,regurgitation,anorexia,dry mouth and bitter mouth as compared with before treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that the two groups could improve the above symptoms.There was no significant difference in symptoms of belching and anorexia between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),while the scores of epigastric pain,upper abdominal distension,chills and warmness,acid regurgitation,dryness of mouth and bitter mouth were significantly different(P<0.05).The results showed that the two groups had the same effect on improving belching and anorexia,but the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving epigastric pain,upper abdominal distension,cold and warm,acid regurgitation and bitter mouth..No significant adverse reactions were found in both groups during the observation period.Conclusion:Jinghuaweikang capsules combined with PPI triple therapy in the treatment of Hp related chronic gastritis,a combination therapy,can improve the eradication rate of Hp,significantly improve the symptoms of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.
