Study On Therapeutic Effect Of Treating Tense Headache By Balance Acupuncture

ObjectiveBy comparing two different types of stitches, we mainly observe the clinical efficacy on balance acupuncture for tension headaches,hope to provide the clinical evidence for balanced acupuncture treating tension headaches in the future and promote the balance acupuncture in the clinical popularization and application.MethodThis research used small sample and simple random control of method, for the 60 cases of tension headache patients accepting the treatment in Guangdong hospital ward and outpatient and Guangzhou TCM University first affiliated hospital outpatient during January 2015 years to December 2015,they were randomized into an observation group (balanced acupuncture group) and a control group (General acupuncture group),30 patients in each were observed into clinical effects. In the entire study, treatment of acupuncture was once a day,30 minutes each time,10 times for a course and 2 courses in a row, rest of two days between treatments. This study time was the 2 courses and the following first month. After finishing the established and completed two courses on the patients, we evaluated the VAS score and the PSQI sleep index score of the two groups before the treatment, during the treatment and after the treatment on the basis of head wind diagnosis and effect evaluation standard combined VAS Rating scale score reduced efficacy assessment rate.Results1.We found no significant difference between the two groups of their baseline data (gender, age, disease, syndrome score, PSQI score) before treatment by the statistical analysis and comparison, there was a need to compare them..2.And after completing the established full treatment course (two courses), for the observation group and General acupuncture control group, we compared VAS score and the PSQI sleep index score respectivelyin the inner group before and after the treatment and found the data of different for experiment group and control group on treatment before and-after has statistics meaning (p Less than 0.05), and we discovered a cure for VAS score and PSQI sleep quality index score has improved between the two groups before and after treatment, and the balance acupuncture and routine acupuncture for the treatment of tension headaches both have a pretty good effect and clinical application. And the following first month of follow-up after the treatment, through observation on the two group patients of VAS score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score, by using t test analysis of method, we can find during 7 components and the total score of process between treatment group and control group of VAS score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score p is less than 0.05, therefore, the differences between the two was Statistically significant, and studies show that the balanced group of acupuncture therapy in improving the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score is better than normal acupuncture control group, and is more durable.3. After completing the established full treatment course (two courses) we prepare VAS score and the PSQI sleep index score respectively between balance needle treatment group and General acupuncture control group and find the data of treatment for balance acupuncture group and General acupuncture control group has statistics meaning (p is less than 0.05), And comparing VAS score and PSQI sleep quality index score of routine acupuncture control group with VAS score and PSQI sleep quality index score of balance acupuncture group after treatment, the latter is lower than the former and one-month follow-up after the treatment process,. Through comparing VAS score and the PSQI sleep index score respectively between balance needle treatment group and General acupuncture control group, the latter is lower than the former too.4.After completing the treatment,we conduct statistics analysis on clinical effect of balance acupuncture group and General acupuncture control ground and by comparison with the clinical total effective rate between balance acupuncture group and General acupuncture control ground, the results are that the total effective rate of balance acupuncture group is 90.00%, of which 10 cases are recovered,13 cases effective,4 cases valid,3 cases invalid and the total effective rate of General acupuncture control ground is 76.67%, of which 5cases are healed,6 cases effective,12 cases valid,7 cases invalid. In terms of total efficiency obtained by statistical analysis, p is less than 0.05, and the differences is statistically significant, the result shows clinical therapeutic effect of balance acupuncture treatment group is superior to the conventional acupuncture therapy in the control group.ConclusionThrough comparing balance acupuncture method treatment group with General acupuncture control group, it is certain that both have clinical effects on treatment of tension headache, but after comparative study,we find the clinical total effect of balance acupuncture method treatment group treatment on tension headache is better than General acupuncture group, balance acupuncture method treatment group on treatment of persistence of tension headache is superior to General acupuncture therapy. So we can inferred that balance acupuncture is an effective method and an characteristic therapy on Clinical treatment of tension headache.
