| Objective:In this study,frequent episodic tension-type headache patients as the study object,headache index as the main evaluation index,Headache Impact Test-6,Hamilton Anxiety Scale as the secondary evaluation index,to evaluate the effect of "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" acupuncture methods on frequent episodic tension-type headache,and compare with the effect of routine acupuncture methods,to explore a more effective treatment for frequent episodic tension-type headache.Method:In this study,63 patients with frequent episodic tension-type headache who met the inclusion criteria were divided into trial group(n=32)and control group(n=31)using envelope method.In the experimental group,acupuncture method of "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" was used.Acupoints such as Hegu,Ashi,stellate ganglion,auricular vagus nerve stimulation points and trigger points were selected,and electric acupuncture,stagnation acupuncture and flash pot were used.In the control group,the acupoints selection schemes of tension-type headache in the Chinese traditional medicine textbook "Acupuncture and Moxibustion" published by Shanghai Science and Technology Publishing House were adopted:bilateral wind pool,bilateral neck clamping ridge,bilateral head maintenance,and bilateral column deficiency.Both groups were treated three times a week for four weeks.Headache index was calculated within one month before and one month after treatment,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.We used Headache Impact Scale(HIT-6)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)to evaluate the influence of the disease on the life and emotion of the two groups before and after treatment,analysis whether there was statistical difference,and an inter-group comparison was conducted.After data collection,SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis,the detailed analysis process is shown in the main body.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in baseline data(gender,age,course of disease),headache index,HIT-6 and HAMA between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.1.Headache index:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in headache index between the two groups patients(P>0.05).After 1 course of treatment,the two groups were compared within each group,headache index in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The degree of improvement of headache index in experimental group was more significant than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).It is suggested that the acupuncture method of "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" can effectively improve the frequency and degree of headache,and the efficacy is better than the control group.2.Headache Impact Scale Score(HIT-6):Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups patients in headache impact scale score(P>0.05).After 1 course of treatment,the HIT-6 in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The improvement of HIT-6 in experimental group was greater than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).It is suggested that the acupuncture method of "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and the efficacy is better than the control group.3.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA):Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the score of HAMA between the two groups patients(P>0.05).After 1course of treatment,the score of HAMA was improved in both groups compared with those before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The improvement of HAMA in experimental group was better than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).It is suggested that the acupuncture method of "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" can effectively improve the anxiety of patients,and the effect is better than the control group.4.At the end of treatment,the healing rate of the experimental group was74.19%,and the total effective rate was 96.77%.In the control group,the recovery rate was 45.16% and the total effective rate was 83.87%.There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in the healing rate between the two groups,with statistical difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the healing rate of the "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.In terms of overall efficacy,both groups were effective in the treatment of FETTH,but the effect of "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" acupuncture group was better and the more obvious rate was higher.2.Both acupuncture methods can alleviate the degree of headache,reduce the frequency of headache and shorten the duration of headache,but the "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" acupuncture group can significantly improve the symptoms of patients compared with the conventional acupuncture group.3.For the improvement of patients’ quality of life and anxiety,the effect of "Tiao Shen Shu Jin" acupuncture group is more significant,which can relax patients’ emotion,break the vicious circle of anxiety and muscle tension,improve patients’ quality of life. |
