Objective: to observe the difference of therapeutic effect of balance needle combined with routine acupuncture in the treatment of tension headache and optimize the acupuncture program,so as to provide a more effective method for the clinical treatment of tension headache in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: in this study,60 patients with tension headache in the fourth department of acupuncture and moxibustion outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the treatment group(balance needle combined with conventional acupuncture group)and the control group(traditional acupuncture group),with 30 patients in each group,and their clinical efficacy was observed.In the process of treatment,using acupuncture 1 times a day,40 minutes every time,6 days for a period of treatment,take a day off after a period of treatment,the treatment after features two and four cycles,respectively,comparing observation indexes,including visual analog pain score comprehensive rating scale,the degree of headache,headache scale,using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis of curative effect and make a decision.Results: 1.In the general data of patients in the two groups,gender,age,disease course,visual simulation score of pain before treatment,comprehensive score scale of headache,and score of headache degree scale,P>,0.05,showed no significant difference and were comparable.2.After two courses of treatment,6 cases of tension headache patients in the treatment group were cured,5 cases were significantly effective,12 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of76.67%.The total effective rate was 60.00%.Both the treatment group and the control group had curative effect,and the curative effect of the treatmentgroup was higher than that of the control group.3.After 4 courses of treatment,20 cases of tension headache patients in the treatment group were cured,6 cases were effective,3 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective,with a total effective rate of 96.67%.The total effective rate was 90.00%.Both the treatment group and the control group had curative effect,and the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1.By comparing the acupuncture treatment methods between the balanced acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group,it can be concluded that both groups have certain curative effect on the treatment of tension headache.2.The balanced acupuncture group was superior to the traditional acupuncture group in reducing the severity,duration,frequency and associated symptoms of headache.3.After 4 courses of treatment,tension headache is better than 2 courses of treatment.
