Objective Research the influence factors of rural primary and middle school students nutrition, for example in hunan. Investigate and survey of the rural primary and middle school students in hunan different nutritional status of the social economic development level, put forward effective measures to improve the nutritional status of primary and middle school students, promote the healthy growth of primary and middle school students.Method The questionnaire method and The stratified multi-stage and cluster random sampling methods are developed With the researd of relevant policy, the Center District which is the city of Yueyang, Yueyang Tower District (The first kind of area), composite of urban and rural developing county urban district which it the city of Hengyang Changning (the second kind of area) and poverty alleviation and development county urban district which is the city of Zhangjiajie Sangzhi (the third kind of class) is selected randomly respectively. Using cluster sampling method for each type of primary and secondary schools in rural areas, One class is selected from the primary grade four to senior grade two, including 20 boys and 20 girls, a total of 960 students, Removal the students of physical disability, congenital diseases and affect the physical development,921 valid samples. Through testing and questionnaires, study the students’physical development, the nutritional status of Nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP). From the area, whether the parents go out to be a worker, parents’Monthly income, parents’ level of education and Whether the students live in school, etc, use stata13.1 to analysis the correlation affect, propose improvement measures.Results The students’stunting proportion in the first, second, third regions were 7.05%、15.20%、12.46%, The third kind of regions’are improving nutrition pilot counties, the growth retardation ratio is lower than the second region; The students’emaciated proportion in the first, second, third regions were 11.54%,15.20%,19.81%, the more developed the social economy, the lower probability of occurrence of emaciated students; The students’overweight and obesity rates in the first, second, third regions were 21.47%^ 14.19%、9.27%, the more developed the social economy, the students were of the higher probability of nutrition. The higher the parents’ monthly income, the lower probability of students’ growth retardation were 7.87%,7.18%, and the higher probability of occurrence and obesity were 21.72%,18.66%. the higher level of education of the student’s parents, the lower probability of the growth retardation were 5.11%,4.54%, the proportion of obesity were 21.59%,20.91%, the result showed a significant polarization. Boarding school students were more likely to stunting and wasting, the students who boarding school were more prone to overweight and obesity.Conclusion There are obvious differences between the nutritional status of Rural students at different levels of economic and social development areas, the students in the region are of high levels of economic and social development have poor nutrition, and easily lead to growth retardation, so as to overweight and obesity;The students with high parental income families and high education level of parents have much better nutrition and the height growth very well, it’s very easy to lead to growth retardation, also need to pay attention to the higher rates of obesity. Improving the nutritional status of rural students can not only stay in improving their nutritional deficiencies but also to avoid excess nutrients.
