To Evaluate The Clinical Efficacy Of Hegu Needling Plusonce-TuiNa-bone- Setting In Treating The Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hegu Needling plus Once-TuiNa-bone-setting in treating the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH), evaluate the advantage and security by compared with Once-TuiNa-bone-setting treatment.Methods 70 patients with LIDH were enrolled and divided equally into the two treatment group (36 males and 34 females; aged from 18 to 50 years old) from May,2015 to February,2016. To treat the patients by formulated standard operation procedures and evaluate the clinical efficacy by general scale.Results The total effective rate was 80% and 88.57% respectively in the Once-TuiNa-bone-setting treatment group and the addition of Hegu Needling group. The score show a significantly change after the treatment in both groups (P<0.01), but the Hegu Needling plus Once-TuiNa-bone-setting was superior compared to the other group(P<0.05).Conclusion With the addition of Hegu Needling, the Once-TuiNa-bone-setting treatment can achieve a better clinical efficacy and security.
