| Objective :To observe the clinical observation of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by acupuncture at the lumbosacral meridian meridian with the method of shut-off acupuncture,so as to provide reference for the future clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods :Methods: from December 2019 to December 2020,80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the diagnostic, inclusion and exclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient department of orthopedics and traumatology department of Ningxia Research Institute of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and divided into two groups,40 cases in the treatment group(Guan acupuncture method)and 40 cases in the control group(traditional acupuncture method),Both groups were treated with acupuncture at the tendon nodes of lumbosacral meridians combined with conventional acupoints of lower limbs, once a day,12 times, and one day’s rest. Before treatment, the general information of the patients was recorded. Before and after treatment, the lumbosacral region of the patients was measured by infrared thermal imager, and the temperature difference between the affected side and the healthy side, visual analog scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)were recorded,Spss23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.According to the recorded results, the clinical efficacy of the two methods was compared.Results:(1)The general data, temperature difference between the affected side and the uninfected side,VAS score, and JOA score of the two groups of patients before treatment were compared, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).(2)Analyze the statistical data of the two groups after treatment, and conclude that the two acupuncture methods can reduce the temperature difference between the affected side and the uninfected side. Both treatment methods have therapeutic effects, and the closed acupuncture method is better than Traditional acupuncture method(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were reduced. Both acupuncture methods can alleviate the patient’s pain, and the Guan acupuncture method is better than the traditional acupuncture method(P<0.05).After treatment, the JOA scores of the two groups were improved. Both treatment methods can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life. The Guan acupuncture method is better than the traditional acupuncture method(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Guan acupuncture and traditional acupuncture in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation can achieve good curative effect, but in reducing pain, improving lumbar function and quality of life can achieve better clinical curative effect,so in the future the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can refer to the application. |
