Clinical Study Of Abdominal Manipulation Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Bone-setting Manipulation In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective:To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation with oral diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and to clarify the clinical effect of abdominal manipulation combined wi th traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Further explore the action mechanism of abdominal manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation,so as to provide new i deas for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation and better guide clinical practice.Further improve the clinical effect.Methods:In hebei college of traditional Chinese medicine hospital fractures had outpatient clinic and conform to the standards of the patients,90 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,in accordance with the principle of randomized,controlled,divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group(treatment period in each fall off 3 cases).Treatment group to the abdominal manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation(including the lumbar spine and pelvis),control to traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation with oral diclofenac sodium zyban,two groups of patients,respectively,for 2weeks of treatment.Results:1.During the treatment,no abnormality was found in vital signs,blood routine,ECG,liver and kidney function and other indexes in the two groups.There was no obvious abnormality in the follow-up period after treatment and 3 months after treatment,and all the subjects had no allergies and other adverse reactions.2.There was no significant difference in sex,age,body mass index and course of lumbar disc herniat ion between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment,but the VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after 2 weeks and 3months of treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4.There was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups before treatment,but the JOA scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment 2 weeks and 3 months after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: treatment group total effective rate was 97.6%,control group total effective rate was 88.1%,two groups all have better clinical curative effect,compared with the control group,the better the curative effect of treatment group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and its effect is significantly better than that of traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation combined with oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets control group.No adverse reactions have been found in the progress of this topic,the therapeutic effect is accurate,and the application prospect is relatively broad,which is worthy of our further in-depth study.
