Investigation And Strategy Research On Present Situation Of The Primary Nursing Staff Training In Xuchang

ObjectiveTo obtain the information of the latest status about training of the primary nursing staff in nursing home in Xuchang.To explore the pension service needs of the elderly and nursing homes in Xuchang.To explore the relationship between the training contents of the nursing staff and the nursing service demands,and to provide reference for the training for the primary nursing staff in Xuchang.Methods1.Literature reviewing was used to obtain the information of the latest status and developing trend of research about training of the primary nursing staff in nursing home,methods A self-designed questionnaire about the identification of the training content of the nursing staff in Xuchang,A self-designed questionnaire about the need for health services for the elderly in nursing home and using semi-structural interview syllabus for the managers of nursing home were used.2.To understand the correlation between the junior nursing training content and the health service demands of the pension institution in Xuchang,141 participants in 2016-2017 years' training course for the primary nursing staff,the 184 elderly nursing staff and the 13 aged and the managers of nursing home were investigated.3.The software of EpiData 3.0 was used for data entry and SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the survey data.Results1.Endowment caregivers of the primary training content security protection skills(4.59±0.58),clean operation(4.53±0.65),emergency technical operation skills(4.52±0.54),for operating skills(4.47±4.47),in the elderly is a common nursing(4.45±0.57),the physiological and psychological characteristics of old people(4.45±0.55),clean health professional knowledge(4.45±4.45),security protection professional knowledge(4.50±0.61),discharge care skills(4.44±0.66),fire safety knowledge skills training(4.40±0.58)are higher;care for life care skills-expertise and life nursing expertise-nursing technical operation skills paired sample T test,sleep to look after Diet care security protection disinfection aseptic isolation technology emergency nursing technology operation skills of training items such as recognition degree and its corresponding recognition degree of professional knowledge has significant difference,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.Affected by age and disease,the aged in nursing home in Xuchang need laundry,safety protection,cleaning services such as bathing,psychological care,help the medicine,arrange entertainments more than others;Chi-square test was performed on ADL score and nursing demand of the elderly,the differences in the nursing needs of elderly people with different groups of ADL,in different groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in sleep care,help feeding,cold and heat treatment,safety protection,psychological nursing,entertainment arrangement,cleaning clothes,help medicine,excretory nursing,nasal feeding,personal cleanliness,oral care and pressure sore nursing.3.The nursing homes' management thinks the nursing work task is heavy,the content is tedious,current pension nurse comprehensive quality is not high,need to strengthen the training of endowment orderlies,training methods should be flexible,according to the actual situation to arrange training content and training methods,in order to improve the training effect,provide better care for the elderly in Xuchang.Conclusions1.The setting of training content for the primary nursing staff in Xuchang is very appropriate,but part of it needs to be adjusted.2.The training of primary nursing staff should increase the training proportion of nursing skills;strengthen the ability training of psychological nursing,recreational activities arrangement,observation,communication and first aid skills;carry out training in different levels or flexible arrangements,and add the training content to the self adjustment ability of nursing staff;The classroom performance of students is included in the appraisal of vocational skills.
