Objective:To explore the degree of mastery of theoretical knowledge of nurses after multi-discipline cooperative training is used to train nursing staff in multi-drug resistance related knowledge;to explore the implementation rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria prevention and control measures for nurses after multidisciplinary cooperation training Change the degree;explore the contrast between the multi-disciplinary cooperation training mode and traditional single-sector training. Methods:A total of 152 nursing staff in a three-grade A-level comprehensive teaching hospital was selected as the research object and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. For the experimental group and the control group,a multi-disciplinary cooperation model training and a single department training for the hospital infection management department were conducted. The training contents were related to multi-drug resistant bacteria.Multi-drug resistance theoretical knowledge test and multi-resistance were conducted before and after training.Investigate the implementation of drug control measures. The differences between the test scores and the implementation rate of prevention and control measures before and after the training within and between groups were compared, and a comprehensive evaluation of the multidisciplinary cooperative training model was conducted. Results:For the theoretical knowledge test of multidrug resistant bacteria, the test scores of the experimental and control groups after training were significantly higher than before the training,P<.05;the test scores of the experimental group after training were significantly higher than the post-training test results of the control group,P<.05;using heterogeneity test to test the differences between the experimental group before and after training and the difference between the control group before and after training,P<.05,the difference was statistically significant.Regarding the implementation of prevention and control measures, the compliance rate of hand hygiene after training in the experimental group was significantly higher than before training, and was also significantly higher than that of hand hygiene after training in the control group,P<.01;correct use of gloves and proper use after training in both groups The implementation rate of gowns and hand sanitizers was significantly higher than before training(P<.05).The rate of correct use of gloves and correct use of gowns after training in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:The multidisciplinary cooperative training model and the traditional single-unit training model can effectively increase the knowledge level of multidrug-resistant bacteria and the execution rate of isolation measures among nursing staff. The multidisciplinary cooperation model training has theoretical mastery, hand hygiene compliance, and isolation measures implementation. The rate is better than a single department training model.
