Investigation On Urumqi 613 Cases Of Tooth Wear Degree Uyghur Patients

Objective: To understand the tooth wear degree and related influencing factor-s of Uyghur population in Tianshan District Urumqi. They were age-d ≥18 years.Investigation of patients according to Wu Rukang edited "anthropome-tric methods"(l984) under the age of segmentation criteria, divided into six group-s, each group distribution: ≤23years, 47, 24 to 35 years old 183 people, aged 36 to 45 100 people, 46 to 55 years 76 people, 56 to 65 years old 112, ≥66 years of age 95. And then the survey questionnaire, record the relevant factors that affect toot-h wear. Finally, organize your data for statistical analysis concluded. Results: 613 patients inside cavity reserved the teeth have wear accounted for 81.89%. Male patients with a total of 298 people, patients with tooth wear occupies 79.86%, femal-e patients with 315 people, wear patients accounted for 83.8%. check 15913 teeth,for a variety of reasons caused by teeth with different degrees of tooth wear is 7-328 single, 2606 incisor teeth(accounted for 35.56%), 423 area of canine teeth(a-ccounted for 5.77%), 1612 premolar teeth(accounted for 22%) and 2687 molar te-eth(accounted for 36.67%). Tooth wear and single factor analysis found that gend-er, age, brushing habits, habits of knocking, bruxism, eating carbonated drinks, aci-dic foods, the tooth wear is effected by the hard food.Conclusion Urumqi, Xinjian g Uyghur population oral health is not optimistic, high occurrencerate of tooth wea-r, mainly in the elderly population, should be strengthened asthe knowledge on tooth wear the focus of public education to correct bad brushinghabits, eating habits,etc. to improve patient a correct understanding of tooth wear and prevent its occu-rrece. Tooth wear is not only with the patient’s age, sex relationship, but also with some personal eating habits and structure,certain lifestyle habits have a certain re-lationship.
