Observe The Clinical Effects:Changes Of Hemodynamic Indexes By The Treatment Of A Combination Of "Guizhi Fuling Capsules "with Lumbricus And TC Chemotherapy To The Ovarian Cancer Patients Who Belong To Blood Stasis Type And Have Accepted Surgery

Objective:Observe the changes of the clinical effects:hemodynamic i ndexes and the condition of TCM symptoms relief by the treatment of a combination of "Guizhi Fuling Capsules "with lumbricus and TC che motherapy to the ovarian cancer patients who belong to blood stasis ty pe and have accepted surgery.In order to discuss the positive effects of the changes above.Moreover,to provide theoretical bases for the therap y of ovarian cancer.Method:60 ovarian cancer patients who belonged to blood stasis typ e and had accepted surgery were randomly divided into the experimenta 1 group Ⅰ 20 cases,the experimental group Ⅱ 20 cases and the control gro up 20 cases.The experimental group Ⅰ gave a combination of "Guizhi Fu ling Capsules " with lumbricus and TC chemotherapy,the experimental g roup Ⅱ gave a combination of "Guizhi Fuling Capsules " and TC chemot herapy. While the control group just gave TC chemotherapy,21 days is a period,continuous observation two cycles.TAX+CBP chemotherapy, the specific drug was as follows:TAX 135mg/m,ivgtt,more than 3 hours; C BP AUC=5,2-3 hours;the Guizhi Fuling Pill,3 capsules tid.po,after me als; the lumbricus granule,1 bag qd. po, equals to the Chinese medicine lumbricus lOg.Observe the changes of the clinical effects.hemodynamic indexes and condition of TCM symptoms relief.Results:After treatment, the values of hemodynamic indexes PLT,PT, APTT,TT,FIB and whole blood viscosity of experiment Ⅰ group and expe riment Ⅱ group were more significant than that of control group and the fall of experiment I group was more significant than that of experiment Ⅱ group.Moreover,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);About the co ndition of TCM symptoms relief,the relief of experiment I group was m ore significant than that of the two other groups (p<0.05), Moreover,t here was statistical significance(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.A combination of "Guizhi Fuling Capsules "with lumbricus and TC chemotherapy can relieve the clinical TCM symptoms of ovarian cance r patients who belong to blood stasis type and have accepted surgery.2.A combination of "Guizhi Fuling Capsules "with lumbricus and TC chemotherapy can relieve positive hemodynamic indexes and hypercoag ulable state of ovarian cancer patients who belong to blood stasis type and have accepted surgery.
