Effect Of Guizhi Fuling Capsule And Earthworm Combined With TC Regimen On CA125 And Quality Of Life Of Blood Stasis Type Of Ovarian Cancer

Objective:In this paper,a randomized control method is used,observation of Guizhi Fuling Capsule and earthworm of postoperative ovarian cancer auxiliary chemotherapy in patients with the CA125 level and quality of life improvement,provide the basis for the application of Guizhi Fuling Capsule and earthworm in the field of treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of ovarian cancer patients, randomly divided into three groups,treatment group I(Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with TC chemotherapy plus earthworm),the treatment group II (Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with TC chemotherapy),control group (chemotherapy alone TC regimen),each group of 20, chemotherapy 2 cycles,every 3 weeks for 1 cycles of chemotherapy.The changes of serum tumor marker CA125 value and the improvement of the quality of life were compared between the three groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Treatment group Ⅰ,treatment group Ⅱ and control group after treatment than before treatment CA125 levels were reduced (p<0.05);After treatment,the treatment group I and the treatment group Ⅱ CA125 were lower than the control group (p<0.05);Compared with the treatment group Ⅱ,the treatment group Ⅰ CA125 was lower than the treatment group Ⅱ (p<0.05).2.After treatment,the quality of life and weight improvement of the treatment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and the control group were improved compared with those before treatment (p<0.05),And the improvement of treatment group I compared with the treatment group Ⅱ,the control group was significantly.3.The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group Ⅰ,treatment group Ⅱ and the control group of white blood cells,valley pyruvic transaminase,aspartate transaminase, creatinine,no significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with TC regimen plus earthworm can decrease the level of CA125 and blood stasis in patients with ovarian cancer;2.Guizhi Fuling Capsule and earthworm combined with TC scheme can improve KPS score in patients with ovarian carcinoma, indicating that the treatment method can improve the quality of life in patients with;3.No adverse effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsule and earthworm white blood cells and liver function.
