Clinical Observation Of Self Made Guizhi Fuling Decoction In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Ovarian Cysts

Objective:The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical efficacy of self-made Guizhi Fuling decoction in the treatment of blood stasis type ovarian cysts.Study on the action mechanism of self-made Guizhi Fuling pill.Evaluation of its clinical efficacy.In order to find more effective ways for the clinical treatment of blood stasis type ovarian cysts.Methods:Select the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic in2016,01-2017,07,in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine,30 cases of blood stasis type of ovarian cysts.All 30 patients were treated with self-made Guizhi Fuling decoction,One day a dose,water frying 300ml,morning and evening twice a dose of drug,21d for a course of treatment,menstrual withdrawal,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Contraception and avoidance of vigorous exercise during the medication.The clinical symptoms,age and B ultrasonic examination were recorded respectively.The data obtained after the analysis are processed by SPSS21.0 software.Results:1.After treatment,12 cases were treated with self-made Guizhi Fuling decoction,accounting for 40%of the total sample;the number of obvious effective group was 10,accounting for 33.33%of the total sample;the number of effective group was 6,accounting for 20%of the total sample;the number of invalid group was 2,accounting for 6.66%of the total sample.After treatment,the total effective treatment of patients with the number 28,the total effective rate was 93.33%.2.According to the total score of symptoms,the total score of the patient's symptoms before treatment was 27.43±15.49 and the score after treatment was 6.53±6.30.After statistical analysis P<0.01,showed that the clinical symptoms improved significantly after the treatment with modified Guizhi Fuling decoction.3.According to the comparison of TCM main symptoms and secondary symptoms before and after treatment,the integral after treatment is lower than before treatment.After statistical analysis P<0.01,the results showed that the each symptom has significant improvement after treatment than before and the curative effect was significant with statistical significance.4.Before treatment,B-ultrasound showed that the size of ovarian cyst(the sum of the three diameters)was 10.08±2.47 and after treatment the size of ovarian cyst reduced to 3.95±3.56.Both of them were statistically analyzed by P<0.01 which has statistical significance indicating significant curative effect.Conclusions:In this study,30 cases of blood stasis type ovarian cysts were treated and observed by using the self-made Guizhi Fuling decoction.The improvement of clinical symptoms and the development of ovarian cysts in B-mode ultrasound were compared before and after the treatment.It can be concluded that the self-made Guizhi Fuling decoction has the effect of activating blood circulation and removing stasis,soft and hard and loose knot,and is effective in treating blood stasis type ovarian cysts.It can obviously improve the clinical syndromes of blood stasis type ovarian cysts,and make ovarian cysts diminish or even disappear.
