Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Dysmen Orrhea Caused By Using Guizhi Fuling Pill To Treat Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Endometriosis

Objective:In this study,cassia twig fuling pill was used to treat dysmenorrhea caused by EMs with qi stagnation and blood stasis.In order to provide scientific reference and effective prescription for the treatment of ems-induced dysmenorrhea.Methods:This study selected dysmenorrhea caused by EMs(qi and blood stasis type)as the research object,according to the inclusion criteria,36 cases of patients were collected to meet the requirements of oral cassia twig tuckahoe pills and subtract one(drug composition: 10 g of cassia twig,15 g of poria cocos,15 g of danpi(removing heart),15 g of peach kernel(removing skin tip),25 g of paeonia alba,15 g of wuling fat,15 g of puhuang and 15 g of wuyao)treatment of three menstrual cycles,determine its curative effect.The changes of TCM syndrome score,pain score and serum CA125 level before and after treatment were observed,and SPSS statistical software was used for data statistics and analysis.Results:Results: The total effective rate of Guizhi Fuling Pill in treating dysmenorrhea caused by EMs of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type was91.43%.The cure rate was 37.14%.The marked effective rate was 34.29%.The effective rate was 11.43%.The ineffective rate was 8.57%.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment was 94.28%.At the same time,the TCM syndrome score,pain score and serum CA125 level of patients after treatment were all reduced,and P < 0.05,with statistical significance.It shows that Guizhi Fuling Pill has a good therapeutic effect on dysmenorrhea patients caused by EMs of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,especially on TCM syndromes.Conclusion:1.Guizhi Fuling Pill can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea caused by EMs of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which is manifested in the duration of pain and the degree of dysmenorrhea pain.2.Using Guizhi Fuling Pill to treat dysmenorrhea caused by EMs of Qistagnation and blood stasis can decrease the level of serum CA125.3."Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting qi and relieving pain" can smooth the qi-qi mechanism and make Qi and blood work,so "Tong Bu Pain" is one of the main methods to treat dysmenorrhea caused by EMs of qi stagnation and blood stasis type...
