Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Phlegm Type Chest Pain By Guizhi Fuling Formula

Objective:through Guizh ifuling pill in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type clinical symptoms of chest pain, clarify its clinical efficacy.Methods:50 of phlegm and blood stasis in each node type obstruction of heart disease were randomly divided into control group (25 cases) and treatment group (n=25), the control group were treated with Compound Danshen dripping pills, Danshen dripping pill treatment group based and use of modified Guizhi fuling pill treatment. The two groups of treatment were all four weeks, observation and record of the symptoms before and after the treatment of two groups, judging curative effect.Result:1. Before and after treatment, total score of TCM symptoms:after treatment in the two groups total score of symptoms have decreased significantly (P<0.05) was statistically significant; after treatment, treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Before and after the treatment of chest pain symptoms:after treatment, the treatment group and the control group heartache integral were compared with those before treatment is significantly decreased (P<0.05) was statistically significant; after treatment, the treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05):treatment of chest pain in the treatment group the effective rate of 97%, control group, the effective rate was 84%, P<0.05, with statistical significance.3. Before and after treatment, the symptoms of heart and heart palpitations were compared: the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The difference between the 0.05 groups (P<0.05) was statistically significant:the effective rate of the treatment group was 94%, the control group was 60%, P <two, and it was statistically significant.4. Before and after treatment, constipation, tongue, anorexia, purple lip color dark symptoms after treatment, the treatment group and control group, the treatment of individual were compared with the previous have decreased significantly (P<0.05). The difference between the 0.05 groups after treatment (P<0.05) was statistically significant:the effective rate of treatment group for constipation was 94%, the control group was 81%, P<two, and it was statistically significant. In treatment group, the coating on the tongue, anorexia, purple lip color dark treatment effective rate reached 100%, and compared with that in the control group was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1-Guizhi Fuling pill can reduce phlegm and blood stasis type chest pain symptom score.2-modified Guizhi Fuling pill can improve the phlegm and blood stasis type of chest pain, palpitation, better than the control group.3-Guizhi Fuling pill addition and subtraction can be improvement of phlegm and blood stasis type obstruction constipation symptoms, better than the control group; significantly improve the coating on the tongue, anorexia, purple lip color dark symptoms.
