Haoqinqingdan Decoction In The Treatment Of Community Acquired Pneumoniaclinical Observation

ObjectivesTo investigate the haoqinqingdan Decoction of community-acquired pneumonia(damp heat syndrome)clinical efficacy by comparing haoqinqingdan decoction combined with western medicine and simple western medicine treatment on disease total curative effect,TCM syndrome score,hospitalization days and expenses,the duration of fever and inflammatory index difference of Artemisia Qin Qing Dan Tang clinical value in the treatment of CAP.MethodsAccording to the principle of randomization,52 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group had a total of 26 cases.The control group was given routine anti infection,cough and phlegm and nutritional support therapy;treatment group on the basis of Western medicine treatment to Hao Qin Qing Dan Tang Decoction,the total course of treatment was 5 days.By comparing the two groups before and after treatment for third days and fifth days after treatment in the disease score,TCM syndrome score and inflammation related indicators change,through statistical analysis of two groups of 20 software related data,objective analysis of the clinical efficacy of Haoqin Qing Dan Tang in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Result1.The total disease curative effect is better than that of 1 in the treatment group the control group(P<0.01);2 in the treatment group the average hospitalization was 5.88 + 0.95 days,the control group the average hospitalization was 7.27 + 2.44 days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3 in the treatment group the average hospitalization significance(P<0.05);6 of the two groups before treatment CURB-65 score had no significant difference;the two groups after treatment CUBR-65 score decreased than before,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group before and after treatment CURB-65 score decreased amplitude had no significant difference with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)after treatment;CURB-65 scores were lower than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the two groups of TCM syndrome score no significant difference between the 7 before treatment;the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome score decreased than before,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);for the third group of CRP decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group for third days,fifth days CRP were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically days,fifth days and two D-dimer were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);12.CRP and D-dimer has two linear correlation,the correlation coefficient was 0.620,P<0.01.ConclusionHaoqinqingdan decoction combined with western medicine treatment of the disease in the total curative effect,TCM symptoms and the severity of the improvement are better than western medicine group;can reduce the hospitalization days and hospitalization costs and shorten the cooling time of CAP treatment with combination of TCM and Western medicine;the treatment in the two groups of TCM symptoms may be mainly reflected in the 3 before treatment the difference of degree days;the two groups after treatment of procalcitonin were decreased significantly,but there was no statistically significant in the two groups,the differences between the two groups,may be indicative of procalcitonin in evaluation of limited value of non severe CAP effect;after treatment,the total number of two groups of white blood cells of C-reactive protein,D-two dimers were decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant,and the numerical treatment group than in the control group,suggesting that the combination of Chinese and Western treatment to reduce inflammation and improve blood coagulation index index is better than pure western medicine group;There is a linear correlation between the C-reactive protein and the D-two dimer,suggesting that the inflammatory factors and the coagulation function interact with each other in the course of the development and development of CAP,and the mechanism of action needs to be further explored.
