The Clinical Observation About Effects Of Chaihushugansanjiawei Treatment For Liver Qi Stagnation Type Of Depression

Objective:Observed the clinical efficacy of Chaihushugansanjiawei for the liver Qi stagnation type of depression.Method:All patients were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic, selection of patients met the diagnostic criteria of 40 cases given Chaihushugansanjiawei Treated, morning and evening, warm clothes, were treated for four weeks time to symptom scores, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and self-rating depression scale (SDS) as the symptoms and clinical evaluation criteria, respectively, at 2 weeks and 4 weeks time to observe each patient scale score changes.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment with medication, patients SDS total score decreased compared with that before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), the total effective rate was 60% after 4 weeks of treatment, the former SDS total score and the treatment and two weeks, compared with a significant difference (P<0.05), the total effective rate of 90%; after 2 weeks of treatment, patients with HAMD total score decreased compared with that before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), the total effective rate was 25% after 4 weeks of treatment, before HAMD total score and treatment and two weeks, compared with a significant difference (P <0.05), the total effective rate of 90%; two weeks and four weeks after treatment, HAMD each factor points lower before treatment, two weeks, four weeks after treatment each factor points, compared with a significant difference (P<0.05); after two weeks of drug therapy, patient symptom scores decreased with treatment compared to the previous statistical difference (P <0.05), the total effective rate was 72.5%, after 4 weeks of treatment, and symptom score before treatment and 2 weeks of treatment, compared with a significant difference (P<0.05), total the effective rate was 92.5%; after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, the individual symptom scores decreased before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after the individual symptoms, compared with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:Chaihushugansanjiawei treated liver Qi stagnation, depression, patients can relieve depression, can improve clinical symptoms.
