Objective:Academic Thought of Applying the Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Zhang Zhen's soothingness and regulating Qi movment mechanism,Treating patients with rapid arrhythmia of Liver depression and Qi stagnation with Shu Tiao Decoction,To further explore the clinical efficacy of Shu Tiao Decoction in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia due to Liver depression and Qi stagnation,Provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of arrhythmia by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:A total of 72 patients who were diagnosed with tachyarrhythmia due to liver depression and qi stagnation were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the order of admission using a random number table method. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was supplemented with Western medicine conventional treatment, and the observation course was 4 weeks.Record the relevant efficacy and safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment.Finally,SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety. As a result:1.Among 72 patients,5 patients were excluded or dropped out,and 67 patients were finally included. The analysis and comparison of the indicators of the basic medical records of the two groups showed no significant difference(p> 0.05),and they were comparable.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome points between the two groups after treatment,(1)Total score of TCM syndromes: After treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups(p> 0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was similar.(2)Single syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine: Comparison after treatment: There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the improvement of palpitations and chest tightness(p> 0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was similar; In improving the symptoms of flank pain and dizziness,.(p <0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group;the curative effect of shortness of breath, fatigue, irritability and insomnia, the two groups had significant statistical differences(p <0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome points: There is statistical difference between the two groups(p <0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Comparison of changes in ventricular rate between the two groups after treatment:(1)ECG: After treatment, there is no statistical difference in the ventricular rate of the ECG(p> 0.05).Both groups of treatment can slow the patient's ventricular rate.(2)Holter: There is no statistical difference in total Holter after treatment(p> 0.05).Both groups of treatment can reduce the total total heart rate of Holter.4.Comparison of curative effect of arrhythmia after treatment:(1)Comparison of the effects of different types of arrhythmias after treatment. There was no statistical difference between the groups of sinus tachycardia and ventricular premature beats(p> 0.05).For the comparison of atrial premature beats, the two groups had statistical differences(p <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)There is no statistical difference in the efficacy of arrhythmia(p> 0.05),and both groups have therapeutic effects.5.The safety indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were normal.Conclusion:1.Shu Tiao Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hepatic depression and qi stagnation type rapid arrhythmia;2.The effect of Shu Tiao Decoction on slowing the ventricular rate of tachyarrhythmia is similar to that of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets;3.Shu Tiao Decoction can reduce the frequency of atrial premature beats while improving patients' clinical symptoms;4.Shu Tiao Decoction is safe for clinical application and has no obvious adverse reactions..
