Objective:By observing the shao fu zhu yu decoction add-minus in the treatment of the therapeutic effect of cold coagulation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrheal,evaluating its clinical efficacyMethods:Give the patients conforming to the diagnostic standard Wang Qingren lower abdomen by stasis soup primarily the medicinal broth of three treatment cycles,follow-up of 3 months.Observe of patients before and after treatment,with clinical symptoms,signs,degree of dysmenorrhea relief situation itself to rate.Through the statistics which before and after each individual cases accumulated points to calculate the clinical efficacy index, after the scientific analysis of statistics to evaluate of clinical curative effect.Results:1.Clinical observation of 36 cases of primary dysmenor-rhea after 3 courses of treatment,there are differences in clinical symptoms before and after integral,After SPSS20.0 package for statistical analysis of the differences between the comparable,the clinical symptoms and the degree of dysmenorrhea relief conditions change or signs before and after treatment,the result display: recovery 15 examples,recovery rate 41.67%;significant curative effect 14 examples,effective treatment efficiency 38.89%;effective 5 examples,effective rate 13.89%;invalidation 2 examples,no effici-ency 5.56%;The total effective rate of 94.44%.2.The researches show that:(1)there is a statistically significant in curative effect and the pain of time (P<0.05),the shorter the time pain, the better curative effect;(2)(Light, medium and heavy)groups integral difference before and after the treatment are statistically significant (P<0.05),and integral were significantly less than before treatment after treatment;(3)by the chi-square test (P<0.05),curative effect and the patients have statistical significance;(4)age,course of the disease and curative effect,by the chi-square test (P>0.05),there is no statistical significance in curative effect.Conclusion:It is a remarkable effect which the shao fu zhu yu decoction add-minus in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrheal,with temperature as for dispelling cold,stasis pain can effectively mitigate pain,significantly relieve the pain of the patients with primary dysmenorrhea,reduce the duration of the pain,improve the accompanying symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The shao fu zhu yu decoction to pain has certain inhibitory effect,it can relieve excessive uterine smooth muscle spasticity,increase blood flow,thereby improve blood high condensation state, for clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is effective prescription.
