Wuzhyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea(Syndrome Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis)Clinical Observation

Purpose: Dysmenorrhea has a serious impact on women's life and work,In order to make the patient to early to establish the correct treatment of dysmenorrhea.To make the disease early diagnosis and treatment,reduce the patient's pain,under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine,through clinical observation of Wuzhuyu decoction to treat cold coagulation and blood stasis primary dysmenorrhea.To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of Wuzhuyu decoction.Method: Randomized parallel controlled clinical trial design method was used in this study.Clinical primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis)patients as the research object,selected 72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,in the experimental group,36 cases were treated with the wuzhuyu decoction,control group of 36 cases to Ding kundan,7 days before menstruation began taking,and even served 10 days,the course of treatment was 3 months,To observe the clinical curative effect and the improvement of symptoms.Result: In this study,72 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome were studied.Treatment group of 36 cases,11 cases were cured(30.56%),markedly effective in 16 cases(44.44%),effective 6 cases(16.67%),and invalid were 3cases(8.33%),the total effective rate was 91.67%.The group of Control was 36 cases,Among them,5 cases were cured(13.89%),8 cases(22.22%)were markedly improved,16 cases were effective(44.44%),invalid were 7 cases(19.44%),the total effective rate was 80.56%.Through analysis of statistical,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea curative effect,and there were no side effects and adverse reactions in the process.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
