Clinical Observation On Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated With Modified Guizhi Taoren Decoction

Objective: In this study,we observed the primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis treated with modified Guizhi Taoren Decoction,and further explored the mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis treated with the therapeutic principles of warming meridian,dissipating cold,resolving stasis and relieving pain in traditional Chinese medicine,and proved that the therapy had clinical significance in terms of effectiveness and safety.The research nature was clinical observation.Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the experimental criteria for PD due to cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with modified Guizhi Taoren Decoction,and the other group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Granule,which also included 36 patients.The medicine was taken from the 7th day before menstruation,and continuous 10 days’ treatment made one session.The medicine was stopped after being taken for three sessions.Results: Clinical observation showed that the total effective rates of Guizhi Taoren Decoction in reducing group and Shaofu Zhuyu Granule group were 91.18% and 81.25%,respectively.In the Guizhi Taoren Decoction reducing group,there were 3 cases(8.82%)that were ineffective,6 cases(17.65%)that were cured,20 cases(58.82%)that were markedly improved,and 5 cases(14.71%)that were effective.In the Shaofu Zhuyu Granule group,six cases(18.75%)were ineffective,three cases(9.38%)were cured,seven cases(21.88%)were markedly effective,and 16 cases(50.00%)were effective,all of which indicated that the efficacy of modified Guizhi Taoren Decoction prepared by traditional Chinese medicine was superior to that of Shaofu Zhuyu Granules prepared by the control group.Statistical analysis of the experimental data showed that P < 0.05 indicated that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: Through experimental study on the efficacy of modified Guizhi Taoren Decoction in treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,the final results have proved that its curative effect is exact,and the patients have no obvious side effects after taking the medicine,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
