Clinical Observation On Primary Dysmenorrhea (Cold Coagulation And Stasis Type) Treatde By Qinzhen

Object:To observe the therapeutic effect of pinching needle therapy on cold coagulation and stasis type PD,and to elucidate the mechanism of pinning needle therapy on cold coagulation and stasis type PD,so as to provide a basis for clinical application of pinning needle therapy on cold coagulation and stasis type PD.Methods: 66 cases of PD with cold coagulation and blood stasis type were collected from the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion and gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The degree of menstrual pain was mild or moderate.The patients were randomly divided into groups and numbered according to the order of grouping.33 cases in each group were observed.Acupuncture group was administered 7 days before menstruation until the first day of menstruation stopped.The ibuprofen sustained-release capsule group(Sino-US Tianjin Shike Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)was orally administered 0.3 g,twice a day,when the symptoms of menstrual pain occurred,and the effect was evaluated according to the scoring scale after three menstrual metabolic cycles.Results:The data of two groups were analyzed by SPSS17.0.It was concluded that the treatment methods used in both groups were effective for blood stasis and cold coagulation syndrome of PD,but the effect of pinching needle was better than that of oral medicine used in the other group.Conclusion: Clinical observation shows that patients are more likely to accept pinching therapy,not only because it reduces the pain and accompanying symptoms of patients.Because of its simple operation,shortening the treatment time of patients,avoiding the waiting time caused by bed problems,saving a lot of time and cost.At the same time,compared with oral western medicine,pinching therapy has no damage to gastrointestinal function and liver and kidney function,so that more candidates can be treated by this method,and its stimulation intensity is greatly reduced compared with traditional acupuncture.It is suitable for patients with fear psychology and fainting needle in traditional acupuncture treatment,so it can be widely used in clinical practice.
