The Clinical Research Of Steaming With Huayutongluo Decoction In Treatment Of Acne Hyperpigmentation

[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Steaming with different concentration Huayutongluo Decoction in treatment of acne hyperpigmentation on face. To confirm the efficacy and safety of the method.To explore the relationship with the different concentration of decoction.[Methods] The inclusion criteria of 98 patients were stochastically divieded into steaming group 1 (32 cases)-. steaming group 2 (33 cases) and control group(33 cases). Three groups were all used general treatment.The steaming group 1 was used 5% decoction concentration, once three days.The steaming group 2 was used 10% decoction concentration, once three days. The control group were not used any treatment. A course of treatment is 30 days. After two courses of the treatment, comparing the changes of the skin lesions before and after the treatment in the three groups.(Results] Before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the groups in age, sex, illness course or skin lesion degree(P>0.05). After the treatment: (1)Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the three groups, steaming group 1 is 96.67%. steaming group 2 is 100%, The control group is 80%.The difference was significance among three groups inefficacy (P<0.05). The cure and effect rate of the steaming group 1 was 36.67%, steaming group 2 was 61.29%, the control group was 6.67%,the difference was significance among three groups (P<0.05).②Observation target:the differences were significance among the three control group in pigment degree (P<0.05), there were no differences between the steaming group 1 and 2 in emotional impact(P>0.05).[Conclusions] The test shows that the treatment of Steaming with Huayutongluo Decoction has a clear effect and no obvious adverse reactions of ance hyperpigmentation. The curative effect of the higher concentration of decoction is better than the lower.
