The Clinical Research Of Chinese Medicine Mask Combined With IPL In Treatment Of Acne Hyperpigmentation

Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine mask and Intense Pulsed Light(IPL),alone and in combination,on ance hyperpigmentation with a large number of literature studies and clinical studies.This study also explored whether the therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine mask and IPL in combination can effectively shorten the treatment cycle and improve the treatment effect,It is expected to provide better options for future clinical treatment options.Develop the development of Chinese medicine in the beauty industry and promote the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine.Method:Ninety-three patients diagnosed with ance hyperpigmentation in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into three groups: thirty patients in treatment group were administered with self-made Chinese medicine masks(Take 10 g of atractylodes,white poria,radix angelicae,ampelopsis japonica,bletilla,peach kernel,salvia,angelica,asarum,winter melon seeds separately,grind them into powder with over 800-mesh screen and seal for use.Usage: After face cleansing,take 20 g of powder,2g of honey and 20 ml of pure milk,mix evenly and apply on the face,stay 20-30 min and then clean it)and IPL treatment in combination;Thirty-two patients in the control 1 group was treated with IPL alone.Thirty-one patients in the control 2 group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine masks alone.The data of different treatment time were recorded.The random parallel control study was used to compare the objective indicators and subjective symptoms of treatment group and control group in the first week,the fifth week,the ninth week and the thirteenth week.Statistical analysis showed the curative effects.Result:(1)The age,course of disease,color,number,area and emotional influence of skin lesions before treatment in the three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)The three groups showed significant differences in cure after 3 months of treatment.In the significance test,the P value was 0.016<0.05.In pairwise comparison,there were significant differences between treatment group and control group 1 and control group 2.The recovery rate of control group was 6.5%,significant efficiency was 6.5%,effective rate was 61.3%.In the treatment group,the basic recovery rate was 40%,the significant efficiency was 6.6%,and the effective rate was 40%.The recovery rate of control group 1 was 9.4%,the significant efficiency was 6.3%,and the effective rate was 59.4%.(3)adverse reactions: no adverse reactions were observed in the IPL treatment group,and 1 case of adverse reactions occurred in the IPL treatment group alone.However,the effectiveness of this result still needs to be observed in combination with large sample data.Conclusion: Chinese medicine mask combined with IPL is effective in the treatment of ance hyperpigmentation.There is no obvious adverse reaction in treatment period,and this method can be clinically used and referenced.
